Reality star Kourtney Kardashian has been sued by a clothing company for children, according to US reports.

The 31-year-old’s old store Smooch, which she owned with her mum Kris, is at the centre of a lawsuit filed by Flowers by Zoe.

The store wants Kourtney and the store to pay them $2,331.13 in damages for non-payment.

According to RadarOnline.com, the documents say: “On or about March 23, 2010, the Defendants [Kourtney and Smooch] became indebted to the Plaintiff [Flowers by Zoe] on an open-book account for money due as provided in C.C.P. Section 337a, at the special insistence and request of the Defendants, for credit provided for the purchase of goods, wares, merchandise or services rendered.”

Kourtney closed the children’s boutique last year just before she gave birth to her son as she said she didn’t have the time to dedicate to it.

Dennis Rodman owes more than $300,000 dollars in child support, according to a new report.

The former basketball star owes a whopping $305,244.67 in child support for his two children, claims his estranged wife Michelle.

She has now filed legal papers in the Orange County Superior Court in California, asking a court to force him to pay up.

Rodman was last ordered to pay his wife $50,000 a month – plus an extra $1,083 in spousal support – but Michelle claims he’s way behind on payments.

Rodman’s rep told TMZ: “He has already made several child-support payments and we intend on clearing up any discrepancy in that regard.”

While on the Oprah Winfrey show, Simon Cowell was asked about his plans regarding children and this is what he had to say on the matter: “I… you know, I worry about that because of my age. You know, when I was younger, my dad used to play soccer and, you know, games with me and I worry – I worry that if I was 70… it worries me a bit.” Such emotion! But everyone knows that Simon Cowell is actually going to live forever and age is in no way going to be a problem for him. And after all, he’s left such a legacy already: just look at all of the stars he’s manufactured out of thin air.

Iron Mike Tyson appeared on a women’s TV talk show – and joked about one of the interviewers being to blame for breaking up his marriage to Robin Givens.

The fallen heavyweight champ last spoke to Barbara Walters 12 years ago in a joint interview with then-wife Givens that sparked such a huge fight, it ended their marriage.

“Yeah, I raised hell,” he said of his reaction to Givens’ public admissions that he was physical. “Do you think I helped to break up your marriage?” Barbara asked on The View.

After a pause, Tyson turned to Walters’ co-hosts and said: “It probably was her fault,” leaving everyone in fits of laughter as he added: “I’m sure she has ended a few marriages!”

Introduced by Whoopi Goldberg as “the fantastically amazing Mike Tyson” and wearing a smart suit, the fighter spoke about having been a “junkie” and also his boxing career.

“I’m totally secure that I’m the best that ever lived,” he insisted.

Asked about the most notorious episode of his ring career, biting off part of Evander Holyfield’s ear, Tyson insisted he felt at peace over it.

“I adore him but I don’t really have any regrets,” he said. “At that stage in my life, I didn’t care about his well-being.”

He also insisted he is now “totally destitute and broke” and, asked how it happened, smiled as he said: “I had a lot of fun.” But he insisted the lack of money has not ruined his life.

The estranged wife of basketball star Shaquille O’Neal has claimed the superstar athlete tried to use their six-year-old son to deliver death threats.

Shaunie O’Neal is claiming Shaq recently ordered their son to deliver death threats to her new boyfriend.

TMZ.com has obtained documents showing Shaunie O’Neal’s lawyers fired off a letter to Shaq’s people.

The letter claims the basketball star “interrogated” the couple’s children to tell him everything they knew about her new man.

It added: “To the point that they felt intimidated and scared of him.”

Shaunie also claims Shaq told their six-year-old son to tell her boyfriend that Shaq “is going to kill him” – and that Shaq even screamed at the kid and said, “Say it now! My daddy is going to kill you!”.

Shaunie’s lawyers are demanding Shaq halt “further inappropriate discussions” with their children – which is an alleged violation of the non-disparagement provision of their divorce judgment.

Shaq’s attorneys have made no comment yet on the documents and their allegations.

Disgraced film director Roman Polanski’s wife Emmanuelle has revealed that she has “never lied” to their children about her husband’s imprisonment.

The 76-year-old Oscar-winner was arrested six months ago for having unlawful sex with a 13-year-old girl in 1977.

His wife Emmanuelle said that she told their children, Morgane, 17, who already knew about the case, and Elvis, 11, the morning after Polanski was recently arrested.

She said to The Sunday Times Magazine: “I’ve never lied to my kids. I just explained to my son that the girl was young and that what happened was forbidden.

“Their love for their father is intact.”

You would expect somebody like Courtney Love to get a restraining order, but here’s the very interesting part: her own daughter issued it. Apparently, Courtney Love actually managed to lose legal control of her daughter who is now under the guardianship of Kurt Cobain’s mother and sister. Courtney Love of course took to assaulting her daughter on line and ranting about the events on her blog. Wow, she must’ve been one model parent to get things to this point. Courtney Love seems to be yet another special someone who should probably have a talk with Whitney Houston about parenting… even though it may already be too late.

Mum-of-eight Kate Gosselin wept as she told how she still loves her estranged husband and dreams about getting the “old Jon” back.

On Monday night’s TLC special Kate: Her Story, the realty TV star spoke about her “hate-hate” relationship with the paparazzi, infidelity rumours, and her shattered marriage.

The Jon & Kate Plus 8 star has been at the centre of a media frenzy and harsh tabloid scrutiny since news emerged that her relationship was on the rocks.

“Things got really bad – really bad,” she said. “I looked at [Jon] and he looked at me and we were completely different people. Our visions changed.”

The former nurse broke down in tears as she told how the endless parade of tabloid magazine covers can be “hurtful”.

“I signed up for a reality show; I didn’t sign up to be a tabloid staple,” she said.

The estranged couple – still the parents of eight kids – now usually communicates via text message.

Asked whether she still loves Jon, she fought back the tears, saying: “A part of me always will. I love the memories that we have together. The good times.

“I still wake up every day and I think the phone will ring and it will be the old Jon.”

As for the future of their hit show, Kate said that she’d love to continue filming with the kids, who “miss the fun”.

Julie Cowell, mother of the famous music mogul, has recently admitted that Simon Cowell was pretty rotten when he was a child. She related the following about her son: “Simon was a determined and often difficult child. When he was very small I bought a new hat and asked him if I looked nice in it. He replied, ‘You look like a poodle.’” Definitely Simon Cowell, alright! So, his ill-natured self really is rooted in his childhood. Could the parents have anything to do with it… or is he really just evil to the core? My vote goes on the second one…

Katherine Jackson’s has asked a court to give her a temporary financial allowance from son Michael’s estate.

Katherine Jackson was “financially dependent” upon the late King of Pop and needs the money to live, court papers state.

“We are informed that Mrs Jackson was also financially dependent upon Michael Jackson and that other than extremely modest social security benefits, Mrs Jackson has no independent means of support,” lawyers for Michael Jackson’s estate wrote.

“Michael Jackson died four weeks ago. Therefore, there is an urgent need for the special administrators to be authorised to pay family allowance… in order to ensure that the minor children’s needs for maintenance and support are met.”

The music icon’s mother is currently looking after Jackson’s three children, Prince Michael, 12, Paris, 11 and Blanket, 7, at her California home.

A ruling on the allowance has been postponed until 3 August.

One of Michael Jackons’ doctors is refusing to confirm or deny reports that he is the biological father of the pop star’s children.

American magazine US Weekly is reporting that the real father of the two children Debbie Rowe gave birth to was her former boss, dermatologist Dr Arnold Klein.

US website TMZ.com also reported that police want to interview Klein about medications he may have prescribed for Jackson over the years.

But Klein is now refusing to make any comment on any of the reports.

Klein’s attorney, Richard Charnley, issued a statement: “Because of patient confidentiality, Dr. Klein will make no statement on any reports or allegations.

“Like millions of Michael’s fans around the world, Dr Klein is saddened by Michael’s death and extends his condolences to the family.”

Court papers indicate that Jacko’s mother Katherine is anticipating a tussle not only over the children but also over the estate, with her lawyers asserting that they do not know of a will but that it was possible that someone will emerge claiming to have one.

According to report Jacko signed a will in 2002 leaving his estate to Katherine Jackson and his children but nothing to his father Joe.

A will that was being held by attorney John Branca has reportedly been turned over to the Jackson family and is expected to be filed in court.

A police investigation, meanwhile, was continuing into the circumstances of Jackson’s death.

A law enforcement source said detectives are interviewing an unknown number of doctors who treated or prescribed medication to Jackson.

Police and coroner’s officials on Monday removed medical evidence from the Holmby Hills mansion where Jacko died while significant quantities of prescription medications were also taken from the mansion last week.
