David Hasselhoff’s ex-wife Pamela Bach has been sentenced to 90 days in jail for a DUI violation.

Bach, 46, who was arrested for DUIs in March and November last year, appeared before a judge at a Californian court on Friday after breaking her probation.

According to Radar Online, no family was present for the hearing, with Pamela just bringing her alcohol counsellor to court.

Her attorney revealed that Bach “thinks the judicial system works and it was fair”.

He also said that Bach has been going to regular Alcoholics Anonymous meetings and has voluntarily wearing a SCRAM anklet that monitors alcohol use for the last four months that prove she has been sober.

It was her second offence that constituted a violation and increased her initial sentence of 30 days to 90.

Bach was pulled over by cops on November 28 after she reportedly spent an emotional night trying to console her daughters, who were apparently shaken up by Hasselhoff’s hospitalisation for a seizure.

She registered blood alcohol levels of .14 and .13 following a breathalyser test. The legal limit for driving in California is .08.

The only paperwork available showed that Bach is to serve 30 days in Los Angeles county jail.

But Van Nuys Courthouse has confirmed that she will have to spend 90 days behind bars.

It is believed that Bach will surrender and begin serving her sentence from May 3 and she will lose her driver’s licence for two years.

The multi-talented artist recently admitted how rehab turned out for her and her little alcohol-related demons. This is what Lindsay Lohan related on the matter: “The second two times I went to rehab, to be honest with you, I had to go because it was a court thing. It was an obligation. I had to do it to stay out of getting any jail time. And I took responsibility for that. It was like a vacation. I love meeting new people and seeing what they’ve been experiencing. The singer who turned into and actress and eventually a go-getter has recently admitted that she feared drugs would spell her end. This is what Lindsay Lohan related on the matter: “When my father was going public, that’s when I hit rock bottom. I abused substances too much and it wasn’t the answer to my problems. I tried to mask my problems with alcohol, cocaine, and mind-altering substances. Now I’m in a place where I don’t need to use anything and I feel emotions because I choose to. I never want to be close to losing everything I worked for and aspired to have my whole life. I’ve made some dreadful mistakes but learned from them – that has probably saved my life.” A place where Lindsay Lohan feels emotions because she chooses to… she probably means a place called valium. And Lindsay Lohan might want to consider that “hungry” and “sleepy” aren’t really emotions. Is she absolutely positive the drugs didn’t kill her?

Actor Brad Pitt’s co-star says he’s a “fine drinking buddy”.

Pitt’s co-star in Quentin Tarantino’s hit film Inglourious Basterds, Samm Levine, has revealed that Brad likes a drink.

Samm told Usmagazine.com: “Oh, he’s a fine drinking buddy.”

He added: “Between Brad and Quentin, I would die of alcohol poisoning on day two if I had to keep up with those guys!”

While he attended the recent Sundance Film Festival, Levine also said that the 46-year-old was “great” to work with.

The 27-year-old added: “Brad and I had a great talk about accents because I loved the accent that he was doing, and we had a wonderful fun time.”

Rolling Stones guitarist Keith Richards has reportedly given up alcohol as he has not had a drink in four months. A source close to the rock star said “There’s no guarantees that he’ll say off it — but he’s doing really well so far. He has always quite enjoyed the fact that he seemed to be able to carry on drinking as much as he likes with no real negative impact on his health.” Apparently, his band mate Ronnie Wood inspired him to quit after Ronnie started drinking again and left his wife of 23 years for a 21-year old cocktail waitress. The source continued “He has watched Ronnie fall well and truly off the wagon last year and he doesn’t like what he sees. Plus he has started to feel for the first time like it might do his some good to give up the booze for awhile.”

Ozzy Osbourne’s daughter is apparently very afraid of the fact that when “Dancing with the stars” will end she will turn to drugs and alcohol again. This is what Kelly Osbourne said about her predicament: “When I’m busy and not left with me in my own head I’m fine. I worry about when the show stops – slipping back into negativity, drink and drugs. I’m taking precautions so I won’t get in that position. My life when I drink is so dark and miserable.” Is this some desperate attempt to find more work, because if that’s the case surely Ozzy Osbourne can find something for Kelly Osbourne to do, especially if it helps keep her off the fairy dust.

Lost star Evangeline Lilly has admitted that she cuts out sugar and alcohol a week before events to trim down.

Lilly, who plays Kate Austin in the TV series, told InStyle magazine: “I cut out sugar and alcohol a week before an event. That trims the excess three to five pounds I like to carry to be healthy.”

Despite this, the actress admits to pigging out the day before.

The 30-year-old said: “The day before, I eat whatever I want. I’m not going to put weight on in 24 hours.”

Lilly also revealed that she always wears fake tan.

She added: “I spend a good 10 minutes every day applying fake tan, because I’m so pale!”

The rocker felt the need to share with us an interesting tip about his personal drug use habits. It seems Marilyn Manson has discovered, much to his shock, that using drugs and alcohol when you’re down just makes things worse, but using them when you’re feeling jolly is a totally worthy experience. Marilyn Manson said: “I’m very objective now. I started to apply this really fantastic rule that they don’t teach you in AA or AAA, or any other acronym – do drugs and drink when you’re happy, not when you’re sad. It has a great effect. But I can’t say that I did that the whole time.” Sure, bail yourself out at the last moment why don’t you? Don’t think that we don’t know what goes on during those parties all the time… and the partying itself too.

The lead singer of the glam metal band has apparently been arrested due to the fact that he was driving under the influence… or so the police reported. It seems that Jani Lane posted a thirty thousand dollar bail, but his management didn’t return his call. Talk about being hung up to dry… but in the spirit of true metal, Jani Lane is probably going to take it like a man… no matter how poofy his hair. Still, it’s a bit shameful for him to be in this situation… I mean come on! A DUI? Dude… you shouldn’t get caught doing that, what kind of a rocker are you anyway? He must be getting a bit old.
