Jennifer Aniston has hit back at criticism from political pundit Bill O’Reilly that she is being ‘destructive to society’ by praising artificial insemination.

The former Friends actress, who plays a woman who decides to use a sperm donor in her latest film The Switch, has spoken openly about her support for the process.

But outspoken US newsman O’Reilly accused her of ‘diminishing the role of the dad’ on his show The O’Reilly Factor last week.

He said, “Dads bring a psychology to children that is in this society, I believe, under-emphasised. I think men get hosed all day long in the parental arena.”

But 41-year-old Aniston fired back with her own retort.

She told People.com, “Of course, the ideal scenario for parenting is obviously two parents of a mature age. Parenting is one of the hardest jobs on earth.

“And, of course, many women dream of finding Prince Charming with fatherly instincts, but for those who’ve not yet found their Bill O’Reilly, I’m just glad science has provided a few other options.”

Actress Jennifer Aniston was forced to guess whose lips she has kissed in a game played on Ellen DeGeneres’ talk show on US TV.

She was shown the photos of co-stars’ lips and then had to say who each set of lips belonged to.

Jen, 40, easily identified those of Owen Wilson, her Marley & Me co-star; and those of Gerard Butler, with whom she will appear in upcoming romantic comedy The Bounty.

She and Butler have been the target of persistent rumours that they enjoyed a romance off-screen as they made the new film.

But she struggled to identify the lips of her former Friends co-star, and on-screen love interest, David Schwimmer. And she also stumbled on her co-star in new romantic comedy, Love Happens, Aaron Eckhart.

But she had no problems identifying those of fellow Friends star, Courteney Cox.

Scottish actor Gerard Butler has said he is not dating Jennifer Aniston.

The 39-year-old who is filming The Bounty with the former Friends star said: “No, and if I was I would say I was. I’m not embarrassed by her. Maybe she’s embarrassed by me though.

“It’s just if you are not married in Hollywood and you are working with someone else who is single you are having a thing with them.”

In the film, Butler plays an ex cop turned Bounty hunter who is given the job of finding and arresting a journalist on the run from the law who also happens to be his ex wife, played by Aniston.

He said he will have to kiss her in the film and he said: “I haven’t done it yet. I am excited. I have been lucky.

“She is the best. That girl is so down to earth, easy going and fun. I am having a great time on this movie. It is the funniest script, craziest scenarios and she is up for anything.”

And quizzed on if he was dating Aniston in real life he joked: “Maybe I am snogging her in real life I’m just not going out with her. No, I’m only joking!”

He is currently starring in The Ugly Truth with Katherine Heigl and he told GMTV: “She is awesome. I had seen her in Knocked Up and she blew me away in that and I thought: ‘I would love to get the chance to work with her’, and then this great script came along.”

Seriously? She’s seriously getting OVERPAID!

Just a few weeks ago this very magazine had come out with the story that Jennifer was expecting a kid with John Mayer and well we all know that John Mayer is an infamous womanizer. Then out of nowhere reports were being circulated that Jennifer was expecting twins! Now it won’t be a surprise if that’s true since she is approaching age 40 and is well aware that her years for becoming a mother are not too many.

Its sort of a trend and that’s the way it should be that Hollywood gonna be moms’ never reveal the reality because pregnancy is a very delicate period both for the mother & the child in the womb so until the physician is certain that certain pregnancy stages have completed without any hiccups keeping mum is the best thing to do.
