Ratings for the once popular Disney show ‘Hannah Montana’ are down which should make Disney quite upset that their cash flow is dwindling to a trickle. Don’t blame Vanity Fair though as there are reports that indicate that the show has been on a decline even before her scandal. According to the Nielsen Company, the audience for Sunday’s new ‘Hannah Montana’ episode fell 14% from the previous fresh episode which aired less than 2 months earlier. Compared to the first original show of the year which aired in January, viewers for Sunday’s show went down 26%. If that’s the case, there’s really no one to blame but Miley.

While Amy Winehouse was busy getting arrested, news that her incarcerated hubby Blake Fielder-Civil has been cheating on her have come out. Blake had a hearing on Friday that Wino didn’t attend due to her own legal troubles. It looks like Blake didn’t miss her though as the douche was spotted blowing kisses to another woman at his latest court appearance. 21-year old Sophie Schandorff was also seen returning the blown kisses from across the courtroom. Blake even responded by mouthing ‘I love you’ back to the blonde. The lady however says that she is simply his best friend and that she has known Blake for two years.

The Boomtown Brat caused chaos by walking out of an expensive designer clothes shop with a $500 dress tucked under her arm – without handing over a penny.

She popped into Victim fashion boutique on London’s trendy Carnaby Street to check out their threads on Thursday night. After introducing herself to the designer, she said she’d be back later then walked out with more than just a business card.

Designer Mei Hui Liu said: “We were really busy preparing for an important fashion show and the shop was a bit of a mess. Peaches introduced herself and said she thought my designs were really pretty. She took a business card and walked out. That’s when we realised one of the dresses was gone. But when we looked outside Peaches had gone too.  It was quite upsetting because I have been working really hard for weeks preparing for the show and she just walked out with one of the best pieces.”

The dress in question was a cream one-off vintage silk design and was earmarked to take pride of place at an upcoming fashion show.

After several frantic calls they managed to get hold of Peaches’ agent to ask what had happened to the dress and get an explanation. Sure enough, she then returned with her tail between her legs, explaining she had picked the dress up by mistake because it was the same colour as her scarf.

When she brought the dress back the next day it had the label ripped out. But to make up for the misunderstanding, generous Peaches decided to keep it and paid up.

A similar thing happened in 2006. A security guard thought Peaches was about to walk out of an Urban Outfitters store in London without paying for a coat.

So Peaches, for future reference, the normal process of buying clothes involves handing over money BEFORE you leave with them.

Being a doctor really has its perks – like getting off easy in the Britney Spears medical records scandal at UCLA Medical Center. A new report says that while 53 employees snooped into the pop wreck’s files, non-doctors got stiffer punishments (like getting fired) than the doctors did. According to the LA Times, 18 employees resigned, retired or were dismissed but none of them were physicians. The report went on to say that the staff at UCLA was celebrity-crazed and that employees ran to their computers within minutes of Brit’s arrival at the hospital back in 2005 for the birth of Sean Preston.

50 Cent’s baby momma Shaniqua Tompkins has filed another lawsuit against the rapper. Has she not learned? The rapper’s ex is accusing him of “breach of contract and unjust enrichment” as he allegedly broke a promise to give Tompkins and their son Marquise a home. Shaniqua is already receiving child support, although not as much as she would have liked as she lost that lawsuit against 50. You would think that she’d have it in her right mind to find her and her son a nice enough home. Even if she did get the house, where is she going to get money to maintain the place? I’m sure it’s a mansion that’s not going to be easy to clean.

British publishing tycoon Felix Dennis made some startling revelations during an interview in the Times of London. He said he killed a man who had beaten a female friend of his and “made her life a living misery”.

Now, the 60 year old billionaire says that just wasn’t true. He originally said to the interviewer, “I killed him…He hurt her. He wouldn’t let her alone. She told him to stop. I told him to stop. Many people told him to stop. Wouldn’t stop. Kept on and on. Made her life a living misery: beat her up, beat up her kids, wouldn’t let her alone. So in the end, I had a little meeting with him, pushed him over the edge of a cliff. Weren’t hard.”
However, the day after the interview, Felix sent an email to the reporer saying that he had been on prescription drugs mixed with wine, which can cause “severe exaggeration”. Umm, maybe that’ll teach him not to give drunken interviews in the future.

Workaholic Madge tucks her BlackBerry under the pillow every night and hubby Guy Ritchie does the same.

The megastar, 49, said: “We lie right next to each other with our BlackBerrys under our pillows. It’s not unromantic, it’s practical.  I’m sure loads of couples have their BlackBerrys in bed with them. I often wake up in the middle of the night and remember that I’ve forgotten something, so I jump up and make notes.”

Madge — who caused a scandal with her raunchy documentary In Bed With Madonna — said film director Guy, 39, only plays with his gadget until she joins him under the sheets.

She added: “Guy’s always waiting for me to come to bed, so he plays Brick on his Blackberry until I’m ready.”

And dashing rumours their marriage is on the rocks, the singer says it is perfect for them both.

The mum of three said: “I had to marry someone as tough as me. Guy’s definitely tough. I had to marry a challenge, otherwise I would just get bored. Whatever else Guy is, he’s never boring.”

She also rubbished claims she wants to move back to the US, saying: “I think of Britain as my home. And I love the weather. All that rain and moisture is so good for the skin.

Lisa Marie Presley’s husband is having a phantom pregnancy.

The 40-year-old star - who is rumoured to be expecting twins with music producer Michael Lockwood - says while she is finding her pregnancy easy, her spouse is suffering.

She said: “He has all my symptoms. He feels like his belly is getting big, and he has the same appetite I have. He’s having reflux and was nauseous the other day. It’s funny.”

A phantom pregnancy in men is also known as Couvade Syndrome and fathers-to-be can suffer from morning sickness, cramps, back pain, cravings and swollen stomachs.

Lisa Marie - the daughter of late music legend Elvis Presley - says she is only craving fruit. She said: “Fruit - it’s boring but that’s what I want. Any fruit - fruit smoothie, fruit juice - it’s good!”

Lisa Marie - who already has two children, 18-year-old daughter Danielle and son Benjamin, 15, from her first marriage to musician Danny Keough - hopes the older kids will help her once the baby arrives.

Converse is releasing a limited edition sneaker which would feature designs inspired by Kurt Cobain’s drawings and writings. The shoes are soon to hit the stores and you’ll never guess who’s helping to push them around – Courtney Love. The widow once went bananas when Doc Martens tried to use her late husband’s image to sell their shoes but now The Daily Swarm reports that she has given full cooperation and approval to Converse to make the shoes. The design elements are being taken from sketches and scribbles that were published in 2002’s ‘Journals’. And here I thought she disliked people who used her husband.

Ashlee Simpson has revealed boyfriend Pete Wentz is planning to ask her father for her hand in marriage.

The ‘Autobiography’ singer has been given a “promise ring” by Fall Out Boy rocker Pete - who she has been dating for over a year - to signify their commitment to one another.

Pete is just waiting for the right moment to discuss marriage with Ashlee’s dad Joe.

She said: “Yes, this on my finger is a promise ring. It just means that he hasn’t asked my dad yet!”

Rumours the couple were expecting their first child emerged after Pete posted a home video on his blog. In the footage Ashlee and Pete tell fans they are planning to make “something that cannot be illegally downloaded” and also reveal the “release date” is July 2008. Amy Winehouse’s husband Blake Fielder-Civil recently suffered a drug overdose in prison and I’m stuck wondering how he got heroin in jail. And here’s my answer. It’s being said that the inmate has been exchanging pictures of his wife for drugs. In return for the pictures, he is given a ‘Joey’ – slang for a hit of heroin worth a few pounds. “He’ll take orders from other inmates then ask Amy to bring in signed photos of herself during visits. He usually gets her to write a little personalized note to make it look authentic. Once he’s back on the wing he’ll swap these for Joeys.” It seems he has no trouble in cashing in on his wife’s fame.

Oh the drama! When it’s not rumors of a breakup with his girlfriend for supposedly shacking up with his protégé, rapper turned entrepreneur Jay-Z is troubled by a mutiny. His new 40/40 club in Las Vegas has been plagued with problems since its troubled opening in December. Actually, the problems started just before it opened, but hey, who’s counting?

Las Vegas Weekly has a juicy expose about the so-called mutiny at the club. An estimated 100 employees have either quit or have gotten fired since the opening and only two of the club’s original 10 managers are still around. What exactly is happening there?

The brains behind “Alvin and the Chipmunks” has reportedly been had by Capitol Records and now they’re filing suit. A lawsuit has been filed by Bagdasarian Productions against Capitol saying that the record company used a number of Chipmunk songs without permission. In 1968, creator Ross Bagdasarian made an agreement with Capitol stating that they had recording rights to the music and that’s it. Capitol allegedly pilfered the music by making money in movies and other ventures outside the recording industry.

Why take so long to sue? According to the suit, shortly after Ross made the agreement, he moved on from the project and then died suddenly in 1972. The family only saw the agreement in 2007.

Evan Rachel Wood and her shock rocker boyfriend whom she stole from Dita Von Teese, Marilyn Manson, were spotted as they caught a flight out of LAX airport in Los Angeles on Wednesday. The pair brought along their pet cat, a very weird looking one at that. I’m talking about the cat here and not the fact that Marilyn looks creepier without make up on.

The 20-year old Evan and the 39-year old first met each other on the set of their upcoming horror film ‘Phantasmagoria: The Visions of Lewis Carroll’, which will come out later this year. Let me guess, Marilyn is the horror part.

The newly blonde Amy Winehouse, or as some now take to calling her, Albino Wino, was out and about in London on Thursday and she seemed to be in a happy mood because she was chatty with the paparazzi.

The alcohol and drug-plagued singer looked happy and healthy. She even said that “I’m a lot better.” She also spoke of her holiday in the Caribbean saying “I went away to get off drugs, you know?” Honey, it’s going to take more than a vacation to quit heroin and all that stuff you do. But kudos to you for trying or at the very least putting on a good face.

Best known as the one person in the world who would cry out for Britney, Chris Crocker shocked us all by begging us all, via YouTube, to just leave Britney alone. Now, though, he’s screaming a different story.

He says, after Britney’s recent standoff and erratic behavior, “Britney needs to not be left alone right now. I think if everyone left her alone, she could do some major damage to herself.” He is afraid now that if no one reaches out to help her, it could be the beginning of her demise.

Chris begs, “The people close to her, they need to help her at this time. Rally together and do what they can to save her life.”

Are you as shocked as I am that Tila Tequila and Bobby Banhart didn’t last? Umm, NOT!!! Who really thought they would?

As much as I am ashamed to admit it, I watched the show. The bisexual twist on “The Bachelor” hooked me. For those of you who hid under a rock last season, Tila was choosing her soul mate - from 2 groups - one male and one female. In the end, she went straight and picked Bobby over female Danni.

But, instead of sizzling, the relationship fizzled. So, Tila’s up again for a second season on MTV. Not much is being said about any changes to the show, but she’s going to try again to find someone who will be perfect for her.

Why this didn’t work? Tila said, “I thought I had finally found someone that I was compatible with, but I guess I was wrong. My hectic schedule was really hard on him and we both were getting frustrated, but at the same time…it’s too bad that things didn’t work out between us.”

Umm, yeah, maybe it was the fact that he couldn’t take her anywhere without wondering if she was looking at other guys…..or women….or, whatever.

The Britney Spears saga continues and in the latest episode we see Britney being taken away in an ambulance. Well that’s one way to get attention…

Police were called to the Spears mansion on Thursday night because she was refusing to hand the children over to their father as part of a court order. They said Spears was under the influence of an unknown substance and had been taken to hospital for a possible mental health evaluation.

An ambulance, a fire engine and six police cars were reportedly seen at the singer’s house; and Britney’s youngest son Jayden James was also driven away in a separate ambulance.

It’s anyone’s guess what the fire engine was for…

As if he isn’t in enough trouble already; Blake Fielder-Civil has been using a smuggled phone to contact pals on the outside.

I’m not sure what’s more stupid; the actual act, or thinking he could get away with it whilst texting and phoning troubled missus, Amy Winehouse, who can’t sneeze without the papers reporting it at the moment.

A source said: “I don’t think Blake realises how much trouble he’s in if the screws find it.”

No one yet knows how Fielder-Civil got hold of the camera phone; but if an outsider is revealed to have smuggled it into him then the police will be called on them. I wonder if Amy used her beehive….

It’s not even a month after his death and it’s already getting messy. Just who is the legal wife of the late Ike Turner? Some says that it’s Jeanette Bazzell but it seems that Ike and Audrey Madison, who lived together for the past ten years, were allegedly married on October 8, 2006. Sources say that they were in the process of getting a divorce but had recently reconciled before Ike died.

Whether Audrey was really married to the music legend, well, there’s a videotape of the supposed ceremony from Audrey’s MySpace. Audrey said that she wasn’t going to attend Ike’s funeral service because she didn’t like the company he kept in his final months, meaning Jeanette. But she showed up anyway.
