Julia Roberts Wants Britney To Move In

Can we get something else that’s different from the usual Britney stuff, mean like these days there can’t be a single gossip tabloid that doesn’t have some thing to say about her? A lot of people fail to realize that 90% of everything in google news about Britney is made up. That can also be backed up with cold, hard facts. The bad news, “The sun”, TMZ etc causes people to start hating her. Then the haters attack the people that point out not all news is true and say they are the crazy Britney fans. Nope, nothing like that. If you follow it long enough, you’ll see it’s nearly all garbage. For each thing she does, 4 more things are made up. Then for what ever she does, it’s exaggerated to the max. That story about her letting a guy snort coke off her chest… made up. Her sending paparazzi to the hospital? Made up. Her doing a duet with Oscar the Grouch? Made up.. And so on.

Elvis Earns More Than Hollywood A-List

Elvis Presley

Dead as he may be, he still gets to roll in the dough as he rolls in his grave. The one and only King, Elvis Presley is at the #1 position on the Forbes list of Top-Earning Dead Celebrities. The King’s earnings in his after life total to a staggering $49 million in 2006.He actually made more money than the A-List celebrities who are still alive and kicking. He’s made more than Reese Witherspoon, Jennifer Aniston, Justin Timberlake and Brad Pitt. While I know it’s hard to compete with the King himself, come on! Shame on you guys. Try harder next time.

Justin Timberlake the Australian tour

Justin Timberlake kicked off the Australian leg of his world tour ‘FutureSexLoveShow’ at the Brisbane Entertainment Centre on Saturday by thrusting around on stage.

During the concert, Justin announced that he was making a $100,000 donation to the Irwin Family’s Australia Zoo. “And when I came here last time, it really hit me,” he said. “I said to myself `What can I do?’ So what I did was 50 cents from every ticket sold on the Australian tour goes to Wildlife Warriors.”

Everyone went wild for that but went even wilder when at one point during the concert, he complained of the heat and said that he would be more comfy naked. He joked saying “but you have to pay more for that.”

Angelina Jolie does not use her father’s name

jolie-angelina-sexy.jpg

I think this for the first time Angelina has revealed that her father was a famous Hollywood actor. She has revealed that she dint use her surname because she wanted to hide the fact that her dad was a famous Hollywood actor. Now why on earth would she like to that isn’t she proud that her father was a famous person like her? She said “I didn’t want to be voight because people would react to the name. My father was a famous actor, so I just used my first two names.” . Now if I would have been in her place and if my dad was a famous at the slightest of things then I would have been so proud that I would tell my friends and everyone around me and my neighbors that my father was so powerful and so well known. There’s Nothing wrong in preaching your father’s name, look at all these Hollywood girls who just flaunt their parents name to get through the gates of a night club and flash the money on desirable objects isn’t it funny that she used to hide her fathers name but look at girls like Paris Hilton and Lindsay Lohan would show off the fact that their parents were famous to get famous themselves.

Kate Walsh Gets McHitched

Life doesn’t always have to imitate art: Kate Walsh has officially bagged her McDreamy.
The Grey’s Anatomy cum Private Practice star has tied the knot with her fiancé of just four months, movie executive Alex Young, in a sunset ceremony at California’s Ojai Presbyterian Church in the resort town just north of Los Angeles. I am so happy for her! I am a firm believer in, “when you know, you know”. My husband and I dated for five months when we got married and we have been married for eight years and have three beautiful little girls. We have never been happier. So if Kate has the same feelings for her man and thinks that life will take a better turn with Alex then she should follow her heart and not her head and that’s exactly what she has done. Kate deserves all the happiness in the world and she seems to have found the one for her. Good for you, Kate. Congrats!

Director Edward Yang, who helped build Taiwan’s new wave cinema of the 1980s, will be honored posthumously with the Asian Filmmaker of the Year Award at South Korea’s Pusan film festival, organizers said on Wednesday.

Yang, who died late June at the age of 59, won the best director award at Cannes in 2000 for his movie “Yi Yi (A One and a Two),” which was hailed for its masterful display of the inner workings of a middle-class Taiwanese family.

The Pusan International Film Festival, one of the largest in Asia, will hold a retrospective of Yang’s works, organizers said. The festival takes place in early October.

Yang, born in Shanghai, raised in Taiwan and who lived in the United States, helped put Taiwanese film on the international map with movies such as “A Brighter Summer Day.”

The award will be presented to his wife, pianist Kaili Peng, organizers said.

Chocolate lovers never had so much fun.

Internet phenomenon Tay Zonday is now going to be showering fans with ‘Chocolate Rain’ on the road. The YouTube clip, which has been watched for over 4 million times and parodied by everyone from Sith lord, Darth Vader, to intellectual music personality, John Mayer, has catapulted the James Earl Jones-sounding grad student to fame. And that’s both on the internet and real life.

This fall season, Tay will take to the road with Girl Talk and Dan Deacon, as reported by The Daily Swarm. As of the moment, Tay is signed up for the duo’s Minneapolis tour stop but adding him to other dates is not being ruled out.

Newlywed Eva Longoria says that if she and husband Tony Parker have kids, the couple will teach them all three languages they collectively speak – English, Spanish and French. They should first ensure that the kids not in awe of Hollywood celebrity lifestyles and the kids do not pick up wrong habits that are a norm in Hollywood. It’s barely been a month or so that they have been married and already they have things on their minds which they would like their kids to do, have kids first and then have those sleepless nights, when the baby keeps you guys awake all night the only thing you would pray for is that they sleep well and you too get to catch up on your sleep. It’s really important to be nice parents who can give the kids enough time and see them growing up rather than having preconceived notions on who you’d like to shape their future.

Cumming makes debut at festival

Hollywood actor Alan Cumming is making an Edinburgh International Festival debut this year with his first home performance in 16 years. The star of X-men and Goldeneye, who was born in Aberfeldy in Perthshire, plays the lead in director David Grieg’s new version of The Bacchae. What can I say about the wonderful way in which he played his part in the James Bond flick – Golden Eye. That sweet dimple on his cheeks never can suggest that he’s gonna be so versatile in a villains role. Hopefully becomes a permanent fixture in the Bond movies without the license to kill Mr. Bond. Cumming has also appeared on Broadway which shows that the actor does possess acting skills. Thank goodness that there are few actors who having the ability of doing the job for which they are paid in the millions or else I find that these days there are more on nut heads that are doing movies in Hollywood than there are serious actor with a hint of acting skills.

Another Burton-Bonham Carter Collaboration

helena.jpg

There’s nothing Lestrange about it. Helena Bonham Carter and longtime beau Tim Burton are expecting their second child together. The Britain-based couple, who own adjoining homes in North London and only recently knocked down the dividing wall, have been an item since 2001, when they met on the set of Burton’s remake of Planet of the Apes. Their son, Billy Raymond, will be four in October. Yes, good really good there are going to be more additions to the ‘Family of the Apes’, soon there will be of all genres chimps and what not. They have broken down there wall so that they do not have to waste energy jumping like Chimps over the place just to meet each other and make love as apes do.
While the aforementioned sci-fi flick set the stage for romance to bloom, Bonham Carter and Burton have kept the fire burning on a host of other film shoots.

Cowell Plans ‘Idol’ Movie

Music mogul-turned-reality TV star Simon Cowell is to turn hit show American Idol into a new movie. The British svengali is the brains behind a new film, Star Struck, which follows the fortunes of wannabes on a talent show. He explains, “The story is told through the eyes of 10 contestants. We want it to be the musical version of Rocky - an underdog story, a feel-good film.” What, is he thinking of making a musical in the age of sci-fi and war movie that rule the roost in our times. Who wants to see a musical with some of the best known actors playing lead roles singing all through the movie, what crap he is planning to make. Just imagine, George Clooney or some others standing on stage and acting as Idol contestants. This could also have a negative impact on the reality series, which is about to start its seventh season. Again please you guys think of something original and stop copying from here and there.

The Andre Family

Some of the first family pictures of Katie Price aka Jordan, her husband Peter Andre, and their second child, Princess Tiaamii. The family did a small photo spread with the OK! Magazine UK. I like Katie Price and everything, but she always looks the same. She’s always really orange and trying to make her “I’m naturally sexy” face, which kind of gets old. Word is that Princess has red hair and freckles. Where did that come from?! Talk about some pretty people. All three of them are gorgeous. As far as the baby’s red hair..is Katie’s blonde hair dyed to cover red?? hmm. What ever they are looking all so beautiful in the picture and this makes me so happy for them. One day when Tiaamii grows up she will be so happy to see this picture with her parents smiling all together. Katie and Andre look very happy at the home coming of their second child.

Alison Sweeney To Educate Moms About Toddler Nutrition

Gerber Products Company is teaming up with actress Alison Sweeney to help educate moms about toddler nutrition. Sweeney, mother of two-year-old son Ben, is the new host of the NBC’s hit reality show The Biggest Loser and well-known for her Emmy Award-winning role as Sami Brady on the network’s daytime drama Days of our Lives. “When Gerber shared its findings from a recent survey of moms, I was shocked to learn that many toddlers weren’t getting the recommended amount of fruits and vegetables in a day,” Ms. Sweeney said. Very nice thoughts but they are missing a point here, if there so concerned about the well being of children then firstly they need to open classes to educated moms who not to make more Britneys and Lindsay Lohans in our communities. There might be a good number of children whose diets are not adequately nutritious but there even greater numbers who run the risk of being addicted to drugs and alcohol. Parents more than ever need to learn how not to create such clones for our beautiful society.

Usher is Off the Market

Sorry ladies, but Usher is no longer single and available. The singer and dancer just announced that he will be getting married to Tameka Foster at record exec L.A. Reid’s home. It is expected to be a small and private ceremony with only 70 to 100 people in attendance. Foster is a stylist who has worked with stars like Toni Braxton and Lauryn Hill. The couple is also expecting their first child together in the fall. It looks like Usher has really grown up. Earlier this month Usher addressed accusations that he was being led or manipulated into getting married. I guess that’s wishful thinking as far as the jealous fans go. It’s not surprising for things like that to be said. The wedding is set to take place this Saturday afternoon. Better start counting down girls. It’s only hours away until Usher is no longer a free man.

Naomi Watts has given birth to a baby boy.

Chen Kun donates to flood-hit hometown

Chinese actor Chen Kun on Thursday donated 100,000 yuan (13,200 U.S. dollars) to his flood-struck hometown. The actor, who is currently shooting a film in Hong Kong, learned about the disaster from a local newspaper and then told his agent to make the donation. The donation might seem to be too high in terms of dollars but what is commendable is that fact that as soon as he knew about the disaster he quickly made arrangements for supply relief material. Sometimes people can so a better job than the people’s elected administrators who are usually busy in their ‘more important’ jobs of milking money from the people who elected them (administrator’s way of thanking the voters). Though he was filming in Hong Kong he did not let a little distance be a deterrent in reaching to his people.

Rebecca Romijn Marries

The actress that stars in TV show “Ugly Betty” and is famous for her role in the movie “X Men” has wed. Rebecca Romijn has been with actor Jerry O’Connell for three years now. On Saturday night they held a private ceremony in their home and exchanged vows. One hundred of their closest family and friends attended along with the couples two dogs. The dogs actually wore bow ties. Some may recall that Rebecca had been married to “Full House” actor John Stamos. O’Connell has never been previously married. Maybe it’s just me but Rebecca Romijn is one of those people that are hard to hate. She never gives us a reason to and it’s impossible to make one up. It seems like she’s really stepping up in the world and maybe this time really knows what she wants. Nice, quiet ceremonies are so much nicer than those big attention getting ones designed just for the press.

Donnelly Fans Spread Hope on Crackers

Donnelly Fans Spread Hope on Crackers

The Black Donnellys can only hope that their fans are totally nuts. Followers of the short-lived NBC mob drama have taken a cue from Jericho’s peanut-pushing saviors and have concocted their own plan to try and bring the series back to life. No one knows if the crackers will convince HBO to pick up a second season of the Black Donnellys. It’s really about showing our support for this series as NBC failed to do so. The Black Donnellys’ fans are a loyal and passionate group of individuals. As a fan, I believe in the slogan “Family Above All” and and The Black Donnellys best exemplies that. We only hope that The Black Donnellys can find a home at HBO. While, some may believe the crackers may not do it, I do believe that HBO is a good home as they ARE responsible for such great shows like The Sopranos. Even the actors from The Black Donnellys have prior or future history with HBO. Kirk Acevedo as Nicky Cottero, is well known for his role as Alvarez on “OZ”. Billy Lush as Kevin Donnelly is acting in HBO’s new miniseries “Generation Kill”. HBO will not only draw upon established audiences but will gain a new and very passionate audience. Given the opportunity, the right marketing, the series can be successful.
