Madonna has revealed what pushes her buttons in bed these days — her mobile phone!

Workaholic Madge tucks her BlackBerry under the pillow every night and hubby Guy Ritchie does the same.

The megastar, 49, said: “We lie right next to each other with our BlackBerrys under our pillows. It’s not unromantic, it’s practical.  I’m sure loads of couples have their BlackBerrys in bed with them. I often wake up in the middle of the night and remember that I’ve forgotten something, so I jump up and make notes.”

Madge — who caused a scandal with her raunchy documentary In Bed With Madonna — said film director Guy, 39, only plays with his gadget until she joins him under the sheets.

She added: “Guy’s always waiting for me to come to bed, so he plays Brick on his Blackberry until I’m ready.”

And dashing rumours their marriage is on the rocks, the singer says it is perfect for them both.

The mum of three said: “I had to marry someone as tough as me. Guy’s definitely tough. I had to marry a challenge, otherwise I would just get bored. Whatever else Guy is, he’s never boring.”

She also rubbished claims she wants to move back to the US, saying: “I think of Britain as my home. And I love the weather. All that rain and moisture is so good for the skin.

Computer giant Apple has no right to sell Eminem’s music, according to a new lawsuit filed by the rapper’s music publisher. The suit, filed on Monday in the U.S. District Court in Detroit, accuses Apple of violating copyright by selling Eminem tracks through its download service iTunes. Ever since Apple Computers have launched their new iPhones in the market there been a raging debated between the maker of the iPhone and other mega music artists. All artist who have not given consent to Apple could start suing them in courts for simple violation of copyright and other infringements. When companies can sue others for pirated DVD’s and similar offenses then why not music artist to save guard their interests. Eminem previously sued Apple in 2004 after the company used his song Lose Yourself in an iTunes TV commercial. The advert was never released.

For all the people that thought that iTunes is evil, you’re about to change your… er, tune. Just like the band Operator Please has.

Apple’s online music retailer has just announced plans to offer albums by emerging and indie artists at a discounted price. A full album would only cost $6.99. This has manifested in the launch of their new ‘Next Big Thing’ program.

This should encourage people to legally download songs to support new acts. Let’s all hope for that. We all know that it’s those bands at the bottom who need all the loving. More often than not, they’re more deserving than the likes of the ‘big’ artists today.

The well known animal rights group PETA has been interested in the movie set of Cristina Ricci’s new flick, “Speed Racer”. It was brought to their attention recently that a chimpanzee that is starring in the film has been beaten and has bitten an actor. PETA wrote to Joel Silver citing several complaints regarding the chimp to which he replied that there was no problem at all. He also said that they preferred to use real animals rather than animatronics. I’m thinking it must be cheaper and it’s all about the purse strings. I still fail to see how Hollywood can view animals as actors. They are incredibly smart and in some cases smarter than people, but that is still no reason to have them performing tricks. If a monkey is biting then he is not content and should probably be removed from the set. Unfortunately, since they cannot speak for themselves and we are often not permitted to act on their behalf, not much can be done until allegations get worse.
