She says Britney also had her home phone lines cut and chargers for her mobile taken away by Lutfi as he attempted to take control of her life. He also allegedly degraded the star by calling her a “whore” and labelling her boyfriend Adnan Ghalib “gay”.

Lynne Spears made the shocking allegations in a signed declaration so she could get a restraining order filed in a Los Angeles court. Spears, 26, is currently in UCLA hospital after being admitted for psychiatric treatment.

It’s not even a month after his death and it’s already getting messy. Just who is the legal wife of the late Ike Turner? Some says that it’s Jeanette Bazzell but it seems that Ike and Audrey Madison, who lived together for the past ten years, were allegedly married on October 8, 2006. Sources say that they were in the process of getting a divorce but had recently reconciled before Ike died.

Whether Audrey was really married to the music legend, well, there’s a videotape of the supposed ceremony from Audrey’s MySpace. Audrey said that she wasn’t going to attend Ike’s funeral service because she didn’t like the company he kept in his final months, meaning Jeanette. But she showed up anyway.

The Britney Spears and KFed custody hearing that went down earlier this week saw the pop wreck losing in some way or another. The Commissioner has nixed the scheduled hearing for next month and that’s not really good news for the troubled mama. It’s been reported that her lawyers want to convince the Commissioner to restore her right to drive with her kids and to restore some custody rights. Next month’s hearing has since been pushed to February 19.

I guess that the video that TMZ caught of Britney partying the same night she claimed she was too sick to show for her deposition really did her in.

Court documents which outline a terrifying series of events that have left former Soundgarden and Audioslave front man Chris Cornell and his family in terror have leaked. Cornell is seeking a restraining order against a man who they say was hired to do the dirty work for the woman who happens to be Cornell’s ex-wife.

According to the documents filed in LA County Superior Court, Cornell claims his ex-wife, Seattle music legend Susan Silver, has sent his family “numerous threatening and terrifying death threats” and that she has threatened to harm Chris’ 2-year old son. It’s so terrifying that LAPD’s Threat Management Unit has taken the case. Ex-sheriff deputy Mathew Turner, hired by Silver, was said to be the stalker who the family is seeking a restraining order for.

Hulk Hogan received a shocking bit of news from a Times reporter Friday night. His wife of 24 years has filed for divorce.

Hogan’s immediate response was to thank the reporter for the news. He called back a few minutes later and said, “I’m kind of shocked. You caught me off guard. My wife has been in California for about three weeks. Holy smokes. Wow, you just knocked the bottom out of me. I just pulled over to the side of the road for five minutes to find out what was going on here.”

Hogan, whose real name is Terry Gene Bollea, and wife Linda Marie Bollea have two children, Brooke, age 19, and Nick, age 17. The family recently starred in their own reality show on VH1 entitled Hogan Knows Best. In July 2005, around the premier of the magazine, Hogan shared in an interview with People magazine, “My wife and I are very intense, very passionate, very loving. Our family if pretty basic and old school, and now we’ve kind of become cool because we’re just as intense as anyone else, but we run a really tight ship.”

Apparently the ship wasn’t tight enough because Hogan’s son Nick has recently been in the news. He is currently facing felony charges for reckless driving. He lost control of his Toyota Supra in August and slammed into a tree. His passenger, friend John Graziano, suffered a brain injury.

Intense as they are, maybe being in the spotlight herself was too much for Linda. Or maybe with Hogan, we can’t believe everything we see on television.

Zahara is legally Angelina Jolie’s and Brad Pitt’s child! Her adoption was first approved in 2005 and has since been ruled legal by the agency. This ruling squashes the rumors that Zahara is going back to Ethiopia because the woman that gave her up wants her back. I can never see her going back to her country - that would be silly. She lives a comfortable life here. However, if her mother gave her up b/c of poverty, disease and famine and not out of lack of love then I think she deserves to be able to at least know how the child is doing. That family obviously gave her up because they didn’t have a pot to piss in and thought the child would die… how can you fault them for being poor? I’m sure there is plenty more to the stories but if they genuinely wanted to know how she was then maybe Miss Sympathetic, Compassionate Jolie could extend the kindness of touching base and keeping them informed.

It seems that a lot of celebrities have something to mourn after. Kanye West’s mother, Donda West, passed away Saturday in Los Angeles. The rapper’s publicist just confirmed the news late Sunday.

A rumor went on saying that Donda died while having plastic surgery but it was just a rumor. The real reason she died is still unspecified as the autopsy is still ongoing. However, a preliminary exam has been done on her and it is being reported that she died due to complications from surgery.

Donda was a former English professor and was very close to her son. She even worked as his manager and also worked for his companies.

Guess we know what they’ll be yakking about on The View Monday. Elisabeth Hasselbeck and her NFL quarterbacking husband, Tim, welcomed their second child, a son. The boy was born Friday morning in a Phoenix-area hospital and weighed in at 7 pounds, 15 ounces. Oh Elizabeth and Tim, congratulations on the NEW BABY BOY!!!! I am so happy for the both of you and to Grace too!! I know she is excited about being big sister. Oh Elizabeth please hurry back to The View. I so love the show, but without you, something is missing. I am a young mother myself and I am so pleased to know that there is someone like you that we mothers can look to and say “Okay we are mothers” and be proud of it. I know a lot of hatred comes out of certain people for you Elizabeth because of your feelings on moral issues and family values. But believe me, there are many out here just like you and Tim. Britney Spears’ mother, Lynne, has reportedly that she is taking full responsibility for the trainwreck that is her daughter. At this point I think that’s all Lynn could get out of Britney is to be a friend, and it’s better to be a friend then to not be able to be anything to her daughter at all, because as a friends she could still advice Brit without getting grief. Britney is not looking for guidance right now. Even though she needs guidance desperately. I think this is one of those things people can’t understand right now. Like Julia Roberts is trying to do the guidance thing. See that shit just not going to work. Brit needs to find her own way at this point and I think Lynn finally sees that. Britney and her mom should be taking things one at a time, Britney is also reportedly talking to Kevin to seeing if there can be a breakthrough in their custody battle. There’s a lot that’s happening in her life and one at a time approach will help get hold of things.

Mitch Winehouse believes the Rehab hitmaker’s troubles really started following her shock wedding to Fielder-Civil last May. My opinion is, I pray for her. More and more people are reporting that Jennifer Lopez is pregnant. The rumoured pregnancy was first reported by a UK-based celebrity website. A few weeks later, Life & Style picked up the story and even reported how far along the singer was into the pregnancy. And now, TMZ is reporting that she is pregnant with twins.

Reportedly, JLo had an ultrasound done in New York on September 12. Test results say that she’s 12 weeks along at the time and would be due in the spring. That would mean, she’s about 15 weeks along now.

That is, if she IS pregnant. But who wouldn’t be with that tummy?

Funny man you are more funnier than you can like to be, on earth you come just not to achieve success as in materialist terms but also as a humanitarian and that a bigger achievement than winning the Oscar Awards or even the Nobel Prize. But also you can’t save people that do not wish to be saved. I know this is difficult to accept, especially when it’s a close family member. You must understand that, it’s harder to fight the enemy, when it’s inside of me. Because only when I get tired, will I know it. Unfortunately, when some people realize that they’re tired, it’s too late. It’s hard to save a drowning person, when in your efforts to save them, you both drown. It takes a strong, knowledgeable person to save others in distress. There’s just so much you can do, beyond that only God can help them

Brad and Angelina having more kids! They should consider marriage don’t you think? I don’t understand how they keep getting these kids even though they are not married. Not that I’m downing their decision I think taking on more children is admirable especially if you could afford it. They do have to raise these children and what kind of message are they sending to them. And what about their back ground (culture) most come from very different back grounds will they have time to teach them. Will they make time to learn themselves maybe they should consider this before trying to have more children? I love that they adopt children from different part of the world and keep all the kids together but once these kids starting going to school and all they will face resistance from fellow schoolmates about where they come from. Well ultimately it’s their family and their children so I think that we guys should just shut up and let them do that they wanna do. Just make sure there’s no sex tape coming from here.

They all need to hush and leave her alone if they aren’t prepared to help her. She needs to return back home to Louisana and get back to a normal life, then decide on how to get her kids back and her career back but in a different format than it was. Stop allowing the media to use her, stop allowing people to use her and find a way to use her image for positive motivational help to other young folks in the same situation. She can get past this but only with some understanding and help from folks who truly love her and can take the time to help her get it back in gear. She truly needs a good personal assistant, a good publicity manager and a good parent by her side or somebody she can trust. I hope she has her money taken care of in trust or something to keep the monsters away while she’s getting it together. You can do it girl just put one foot ahead of the other and go for it. You will not wind up like folks are declaring that you will so you all hush and either help or just hush…

Movie star Jon Voight is so desperate to get back into the good graces of his estranged daughter Angelina Jolie - he has helped plant a rose bush memorial to the actress’ late mother. This was something that should have been private between father and daughter. That is a poor attempt on Jon’s part to reconcile with his daughter. Good luck to both of them. If he wanted to show that he still have some good feelings for his wife and wanted to reconcile with his daughter then he should have planned if a long time ago, he has done this thing just after recently Angelina came out and said that she did not want to use her full name since her father is a famous Hollywood actor himself and that would have brought her unwanted press attention. Why does it happen that when our dear ones are close to us we never tend to value their presence amongst us that highly and once they leave us we can never seem to forget them, funny things that would never perhaps be understood.
