Dr. Drew is probably devastated by this news… who do they expected him to do the show with now? It seems that DMX’s request to leave jail in order to go to California to film “Celebrity Rehab” with Dr. Drew has been denied. It seems that the judge considers this an unnecessary move for DMX since he’s already been making so much progress in his current substance abuse program. Well, it looks like there’s a very simple solution to this little problem, all DMX needs now is a small shot of fairy powder and off he goes to fame and fortune.

It can no longer be said that not a week goes by without DMX having to be sent to jail. A judge has decided to not send the often legally troubled rapper to jail after he pled guilty to felony attempted aggravated assault a couple of weeks back. DMX was accused of verbally threatening guards at Tent City in Arizona back in February. The rapper got 18 months probation, fees, fines, and credit for time served instead. If we go by the statistics, DMX will most likely end up back in the slammer by July at the latest. The judge just prolonged the inevitable.

DMX had a warrant out for his arrest after failing to show up in court. The rapper was soon arrested and brought in to custody on Tuesday after being picked up in Florida. Attorney Charles Kozelka said that DMX had been doing the Lindsay Lohan program but realized that rehab can only be a good cover for so long. By now, DMX should be in Arizona where he faces drug possession, identity theft, and animal cruelty charges with a $120,000 cash bond. He has pleaded not guilty to his charges. Really now, with all that evidence piled up against him? It looks to me that this will be the end of the line for DMX.

DMX was driving so fast on an Arizona highway that it took more than three months for cops to catch up to the rapper. Scottsdale police finally arrested DMX at his home earlier this week after they claim that he broke 100 MPH at three separate checkpoints back in January. The rapper, whose real name is Earl Simmons, faces charges of racing on a highway, reckless driving, two counts of endangerment, three counts of criminal speed and driving on a suspended license. Whoa! That’s a lot! I can’t believe he managed to do all that in a yellow 1966 Chevy Nova II.

Just when you thought it was all done, DMX has gotten himself arrested once again. This time, he was busted in Miami for trying to buy cocaine and marijuana. According to the Miami-Dade Police Department, the rapper was busted as part of an undercover narcotics investigation. He approached an undercover detective and requested to purchase “30 powder and 15 weed†which is street slang for cocaine and marijuana. DMX handed over the money and got himself arrested. This marks the fourth time that he’s gotten arrested since May 7. He has to have broken the record for most arrests in a certain span of time.
