The website claims Bullock, whom everyone is now calling Sandy, found out Jesse James was mired in scandal when she got a call from the rep saying In Touch Weekly was going to publish the story.

A source said: “In Touch magazine had called Sandra’s publicist on Monday morning to let her know the magazine was going to print an explosive cover story – saying her husband was cheating.

“At first, camp Sandra dismissed the story until they understood that the magazine had the alleged mistress, tattoo model Michelle ‘Bombshell’ McGee, on the record telling all.”

Hollyscoop claims that, by the end of the day, Bullock had moved out and cancelled her appearance at the London premiere of The Blind Side, for which she recently won an Oscar.

Some sources claim she has gone into hiding. James has issued an apology that cites embarrassing Bullock without confessing to any wrongdoing.

A friend said: “Sandra had no idea that all of this was going on. Not a clue. Now she is with family hoping for privacy. It’s bad enough for any woman to find out that her husband has been cheating on her, but to find out from your publicist and then have it on the cover of a national magazine is heartbreaking.”

Ashley Cole reportedly begged estranged wife Cheryl to let him go to sex rehab to save their marriage.

The Sun newspaper, in an exclusive, reports the football star, who is accused of sex-texting at least one woman, called his pop singer wife and repeatedly begged for another chance. Cheryl confirmed last night she had separated from Ashley after spending time in Los Angeles away from him.

The Sun reports Ashley left emotional voicemails that escalated in desperation after Cheryl had texted him, saying: “Move out. It’s over.”

The newspaper claims Cheryl, 26, would not respond to Ashley’s calls but did play back his messages.

A close pal said: “Ashley was calling every 10 minutes or so and leaving messages. He was very emotional and in distress. Ashley suggested they could go for counselling and that he could try therapy. He admitted for the first time that he has a problem. Cheryl refused to answer any of the calls and they went straight to voicemail.”

The ex-boyfriend of Sarah Palin’s daughter has been ordered to pay almost $18,000 in owed child support, according to a US report.

It is claimed that a court told Levi Johnson to pay Bristol Palin $1,688.42 a month, for every month since their baby was born in December 2008.

While Bristol was in court in Alaska for the hearing, Levi was reportedly a no-show.

“Bristol is pleased with the court rulings today and looks forward to resolving the remaining issues with Levi,” Bristol’s lawyer Thomas Van Flein said.

Bristol Palin has challenged Levi Johnston with subpoenas over his earnings claim in the pair’s child support battle.

Johnston’s lawyer last week filed papers claiming the Playgirl model made a pittance in recent years. Palin had claimed for $1,688.42 a month in child support for the pair’s son, Tripp.

TMZ reports Palin’s lawyer issued subpoenas to CNN, Playgirl, Entertainment Tonight, The Insider, Star Magazine and National Enquirer, requesting dollar amounts on how much was paid to Johnston.

Johnston said he was paid no more than $10,000 in the year before 2009. But Palin has provided his pay stub from 2008, showing he made $18,594.50 from one employer, which was reported as a construction company in Alaska.

According to RadarOnline, her lawyer said: “Bristol is hopeful that Levi will obtain work in 2010. She is encouraged that he acknowledged in court his obligation to pay child support and that he acknowledged paying $4,400 in the last 14 months.”

Scandal-hit golf star Tiger Woods is reportedly hoping to save his shattered marriage with a custom-designed sporting boat christened ‘Solitude’.

Tiger intends his £2 million dive boat to kick-start a new beginning for himself and former Swedish model Elin Nordegren.

“Solitude is a dive boat and was designed for Elin, who loves the sport,” a source said.

The troubled couple, who are believed to be trying to rescue their marriage after more than a dozen women alleged affairs with Tiger, enjoyed diving in the early years of their relationship.

Social Services has ruled that Charlie Sheen’s twin baby boys are safe to stay with his wife Brooke Mueller, US reports say.

Nine-month-old Bob and Max Sheen will remain with Brooke for at least a month after a visit from child welfare officials, according to reports.

Officials are said to have interviewed Brooke, her family, nannies and housekeepers and concluded the twins are in no danger in the wake of their parents’ alleged violent bust-up on Christmas Day.

A source close to Brooke told celebrity website People.com: “The people from the Social Services agency talked to Brooke, her mom, her stepdad and her nanny, and told them that everything looks good and Brooke appears to be an excellent mother.”

More drama surrounded shamed golf superstar Tiger Woods when a gas leak sparked an emergency inside his exclusive gated community today (Wednesday).

Fire engines and police vehicles flooded the sprawling Isleworth complex, in Orlando, Florida, after a gas pipe burst at the country club, around 1pm.

A special operations unit also raced through the main gates as police and news helicopters circled above.

The emergency happened amid reports that Tiger’s Swedish wife Elin Nordegren was set to move out of the family’s $2.5 million mansion with their two young children.

Rumours were rife over a removal truck having visited the house on Tuesday and taken away carefully wrapped artwork.

Orange County Fire and Rescue officials said residents were not in any danger and that they aimed to clear up the gas leak within half an hour.

“A gas pipe burst at the country club,” said Orange County Fire and Rescue spokesman Marianne Nuckles.

“It did not involve Tiger Woods or his properties. The residents weren’t in any danger.”

After weeks of legal wrangling, the divorce of Jon and Kate Gosselin – aka Jon & Kate Plus 8 – could wrap up by the end of the year.

The couple had a constructive weekend divorce hearing and are looking for an end to the divorce proceedings this year, according to Jon’s attorney, Mark Heller.

He said: “It was a positive move in the right direction for us to bring them together to the mediation table. Obviously before two warring parties can smoke the peace pipe, they have to sit down at a table and address the issues that brought them to the skirmish.”

The hearing was so successful, there was no need to keep another one set for the following day, Heller said. The uptick was a shift from the recent warring over money Kate claimed Jon snaffled out of their joint bank account. He added: “There were a couple of very emotional moments but in the end it all came together and concluded on a happy note.”

The future of the revamped TLC Kate Plus 8, put on hold by Jon’s legal actions, remains to be seen.

Jon Gosselin apparently got cold feet ahead of a mea culpa he had scheduled at a New York synagogue.

Gosselin arrived 30 minutes late for a public apology he announced he would be giving with Rabbi Shmuley Boteach at the West Side Jewish Centre. He was earlier thought to have cancelled the appearance.

Gosselin blamed the New York City Marathon, which clogs the city streets in the afternoon, for the delay. He also issued a statement about his relationship with Hailey Glassman, which is described as “faltering” and may indeed be over, though reports are not clear.

But attendance was poor, with the hall only about a quarter full. A witness said: “And of that, there were about 75 media people there and only about 50 members of the paying public.”

In his statement about Glassman, Gosselin said: “I have been overly stressed, distraught and angry with everything going on in my life. It has been overwhelming, and at times I have taken it all out on Hailey … She has been my best friend and I admire her as a person … I will forever love Hailey. I see how all this has truly hurt her. She has not been happy and hates the media light that she has been put in. She is in no way a home wrecker.”

Conrad sued Hef, 83, because he gave her nine months to vacate a home next to the Playboy Mansion that she has lived in since they split, forcing Hef to finally file for divorce.

The court documents state: “The only remaining piece of the civil action is Mrs. Hefner’s claim for reimbursements for the monies expended on the Mapleton property. The Court in the Dissolution Action will have to decide each party’s claims for reimbursements against each other. Once it makes that determination, her claims for “declaratory relief” and “damages” are moot.

“Again, contrary to Mrs. Hefner’s suggestion, interpretation of rights under prenuptial and separation agreements is the bread and butter of a family law action.”

Playboy chief Hugh Hefner has filed for divorce from former Playmate Kimberley Conrad – 11 years after they broke up.

Hefner has filed documents in LA County Superior Court to dissolve the marriage, citing “irreconcilable differences”, and is asking the judge to set spousal support at $20,000 a month.

He says he has already given Conrad close to $12m since they separated in January 1998.

Hefner had been supporting Conrad and their two sons, who have been living in the house next door to the Playboy Mansion. But earlier this year Conrad sued Hefner after he sold the house, claiming he owes her more than $5m.

Hefner, who has assets of more than $43m, told celebrity website TMZ.com he decided to officially break it off with Conrad because of the lawsuit.

Hulk Hogan’s ex-wife has blasted the wrestler for his “infidelities” when they were married.

Linda Hogan – whose divorce sparked a bitter battle over their $30m fortune – said: “There were infidelities. It scared me because I thought, ‘Oh my God, is that my fault?’ You just start doubting yourself and that was really sad.”

Linda, 49, wed 56-year-old Hulk – real name Terry Bollea – in 1983. They have a son, Nick, and a daughter, Brooke.

She is now dating Charlie Hill – who is almost 30 years her junior and went to school with Brooke. She told US TV: “He’s a great friend and a good soul and a great support system for me.”

Linda added that she was worried when she began dating Hill because Hulk’s temper was out of control: “It scared me because I thought everyone has their snapping point and I didn’t want him to snap. I knew that he was probably jealous or envious or upset with the whole situation, that he didn’t have control of me. He didn’t know what I was doing, who I was seeing and it bothered him.”

It was claimed that Kim had been flirting with Kanye West at his party on July 4 in San Diego and it had upset Reggie.

The pal added: “Kim was dirty dancing for Kanye at one point. That was the final straw for Reggie.”

However one of Kim’s friends is telling a different story and said: “There was no one else.”

Her friend said: “He wanted Kim to move to New Orleans, but she has to be in LA to film Keeping Up With The Kardashians. She’s devastated. She thought he was ‘the one’.

Hollywood actress Liv Tyler has revealed that she had a “tough time” relocating to LA after splitting with her husband Royston Langdon.

Tyler, 32, wed British musician Langdon, 37, in 2003, but announced they were splitting last year. The couple have a four-year-old son, Milo, together.

Following the split last year, Tyler moved to LA.

She said: “It was very strange to have to pack up my whole life – my son, nanny and dog – and head over to LA.

“Although it is great having a fresh start, it was also daunting and scary finding a new home and a new school for Milo. It was a really tough time, but now I’ve got through it, it’s made me realise I can get through anything.”

The Lord Of The Rings actress – who is the daughter of Aerosmith frontman Steven Tyler – added, “It’s important to take those first few independent steps, and now I have to focus on my life and my son, and try and do the best job that I can.”
