Madonna has reportedly refused to let husband Guy Ritchie move to New York. The ‘Give It 2 Me’ singer is said to have turned down the British director’s plea to leave their London home and be with her in the US, saying she still wants to end the marriage.

According to recent press, Madonna allegedly said: “You’re not coming. I still want a divorce. Stay in London.”

However, the 49-year-old singer’s publicist Liz Rosenberg has strongly denied the rumour. She said: “This conversation never took place between Madonna and Guy. There’s no break-up or divorce plan and they live together when work allows them to.”

A source claims Guy’s proposal was a last chance attempt to save his marriage. It is believed he will now remain at the couple’s London home or 1,200-acre Wiltshire estate.

The pop superstar has allegedly bought another apartment in New York in her maiden name and is renovating it to accommodate children Lourdes, 11, Rocco, seven, and adopted son David, two.

The source said: “Guy did a lot of soul-searching after Madonna asked him for a divorce and thought he may be able to salvage the situation by agreeing to leave London full-time for the Big Apple. He knew it was a long shot but he will do anything to keep the family together. Yet no sooner had he told her than she said it wasn’t an option any more. It’s all very sad but Guy is now resigned to them living apart.”

If 50 Cent wants to see his son Marquise, he’s going to have to stay away from his baby mama Shaniqua Tompkins. Tompkins got a temporary restraining order against the rapper which will require him to forfeit any guns and firearms and pickup and drop off his son at curbside. He’s also not allowed to be on any premises where his ex is but no distance has been specified. Tompkins is also said to be arguing for a permanent restraining order. 50’s lawyer issued a statement regarding the matter saying “Outside of courtrooms and lawyer’s offices, Mr. Jackson hasn’t seen nor spoken with Ms. Tompkins in a year and a half and he has no interest in doing so now. The petition is little more than a tactic and a vindictive response to the petition Mr. Jackson filed seeking an order holding Ms. Tompkins in contempt of court for refusing to permit him to be with his son.”

The huge douche bag commonly known as Scott Storch just got a whole lot bigger of a douche as it turns out that he’s such a deadbeat dad that a Miami judge wants him to be sent to jail. The producer already owes $46,000 in child support and is also over $500,000 in the hole because of unpaid property taxes on his $10.5 million Miami home. If that’s not bad enough, his other baby mama says he owes $5,000 in school tuition for his 16-year old son and claims that they were just evicted from their Florida home. These issues are what brought a Miami judge to make a pick-up order for Storch which authorizes cops to put him in jail until he can be taken to court.

A judged has told 50 Cent that he can’t sell, unload or get rid of what used to be his $2 million house in Long Island – at least not until they figure out exactly what caused the fire. The rapper was also ordered to put any insurance money he may get from the house burning down in a trust account until his fight with his ex Shaniqua Tompkins gets resolved. I hope they just figure out that it burned down due to a blown fuse or something so 50 can sell the house. That way, Shaniqua can stop squatting and squawking that the house is hers. 50 should just find a nice home for his son and put the ex in a foam-padded room.

Actress Liv Tyler and her rocker husband Royston Langdon have reportedly called their 5-year marriage off. It’s not bad. 5 years seems to be about the average length of a Hollywood marriage. The ex-couple’s publicist has released a statement saying “Liv Tyler and Royston Langdon have confirmed their separation. They remain good friends and devoted parents to their son Milo and are requesting that their family’s privacy be respected at this time.” Their privacy is granted. Mostly because no one really cares about them being a couple. She’s just Steven Tyler’s kid and he’s a rock star who I know absolutely nothing about anyway.

Pink has confirmed she has split from her husband. The ‘Stupid Girls’ singer and her husband of two years, motocross racer Carey Hart, insist their marriage has come to an amicable end.

Pink’s publicist Michelle Schweitzer said: “Pink and Carey Hart have separated. This decision was made by best friends with a huge amount of love and respect for one another. While the marriage is over, their friendship has never been stronger.”

The pair first met in 2001 but broke-up in 2003. However, they soon rekindled their romance and in 2005, Pink proposed as Carey competed in a biking competition at Mammoth Lakes, California. They married in January 2006 in a non-denominational ceremony in Costa Rica, in front of guests including Lisa Marie Presley.

However, last summer their union was said to be on the rocks as the singer had grown tired with her husband’s constant dalliances with other women. A source said at the time: “Divorce is just around the corner. Carey has this one blonde in particular that he takes everywhere, even public appearances. But Pink knew what she was getting into!”

Pink was also seen kissing a mystery woman at Santa Monica’s Viceroy Hotel. A source said: “She was flirting the way you’d expect her to flirt with a man, cuddling and being overly affectionate. They were making out.”

Another court hearing was held last Thursday to determine if there should be any changes made in Britney Spears’ life, at least with regards to her conservators. A Los Angeles Commissioner decided to extend her father’s role as conservator, so until the next court hearing on March 10th, Jamie Spears will be the captain of the pop wreck’s ship. Additionally, Brit’s brother Bryan has been named the trustee of his sister’s estate. Dad will rule her life and big brother will control her money. Britney was also ordered to undergo a 730 evaluation which would help determine child custody. The results of which will be turned in to the court by the next hearing.

Why she feels we want to actually WATCH a reality show about her is beyond me, but Denise Richards sure went to a lot of trouble to bring it to us.

After a court battle with ex-husband Charlie Sheen, shooting has begun. She fought to get permission to have their two children Sam, age 3, and Lola, age 2, in the show. The kids will be filmed along with their ten dogs, two guinea pigs, and two pot bellied pigs.

The show isn’t titled yet, but it will show on E! network. Denise says, “I want people to see what I’m really like and then judge for themselves. And then if they still hate me then, that’s their choice.”

So, she finally showed…and then left.

Britney Spears was not legally required to attend today’s hearing regarding custody of her two sons, but her legal team “strongly advised” that she be there. She originally had no intentions of going, but she showed up around 1:15 pm.

Reports say her car pulled into the garage, and she got out for just a few seconds and then jumped back in the car after being surrounded by photographers. She said, “I’m scared. I want to get in the car. I’m going in the car.” When police tried to convince her to come out with them, she reportedly slammed her back against the seat and screamed, “No!”

The result of the hearing was that K-Fed gets to keep the kids without any visitation from Britney for the time being. His lawyer says that he hopes to have her involved in the parenting sometime in the future.

All bets are off as we all wait on tenterhooks to see whether troubled singer Britney will show up in court today. It is the first custody hearing since her face off with the police last week; where she was stripped of all visitation rights when she refused to hand over the tots to ex Kevin Federline.

If she does not show up Britney risks losing her kids for good.

Mark Kapolan, Federline’s lawyer, said, “I don’t know if she will be there. You can’t phone this one in. She will have the opportunity to persuade the court that she can have some visitation under monitored conditions. The emergency court orders granting sole physical and legal custody to my client are only temporary. These are very, very draconian orders. Because of that the court wanted to have a hearing to give her and her attorneys the opportunity to refute some of the declarations. No judge likes making orders terminating a person’s involvement with their kids.”

Kevin has had full custody of the boys since October when Britney failed to attend a court-ordered drugs test.

We shall just have to wait and see…

Are you as shocked as I am that Tila Tequila and Bobby Banhart didn’t last? Umm, NOT!!! Who really thought they would?

As much as I am ashamed to admit it, I watched the show. The bisexual twist on “The Bachelor” hooked me. For those of you who hid under a rock last season, Tila was choosing her soul mate - from 2 groups - one male and one female. In the end, she went straight and picked Bobby over female Danni.

But, instead of sizzling, the relationship fizzled. So, Tila’s up again for a second season on MTV. Not much is being said about any changes to the show, but she’s going to try again to find someone who will be perfect for her.

Why this didn’t work? Tila said, “I thought I had finally found someone that I was compatible with, but I guess I was wrong. My hectic schedule was really hard on him and we both were getting frustrated, but at the same time…it’s too bad that things didn’t work out between us.”

Umm, yeah, maybe it was the fact that he couldn’t take her anywhere without wondering if she was looking at other guys…..or women….or, whatever.

The year is almost over and it’s just in time for burlesque queen Dita Von Teese to be saying “out with the old”. She has finally gotten rid of her husband, the creepy rocker that is Marilyn Manson, who is now dating 20-year old starlet Evan Rachel Wood.

The judgment of divorce was entered in Los Angeles County Superior Court on Thursday which dissolved the marriage of petitioner Heather R. Sweet aka Dita and Brian H. Warner aka Marilyn. The former couple did, however, reserve the right to work on the final terms of the agreement. Happy New Year! Goodbye.

The Britney Spears and KFed custody hearing that went down earlier this week saw the pop wreck losing in some way or another. The Commissioner has nixed the scheduled hearing for next month and that’s not really good news for the troubled mama. It’s been reported that her lawyers want to convince the Commissioner to restore her right to drive with her kids and to restore some custody rights. Next month’s hearing has since been pushed to February 19.

I guess that the video that TMZ caught of Britney partying the same night she claimed she was too sick to show for her deposition really did her in.

It is almost every man’s dream to have two beautiful women fighting over you; but I have to say love rat Jermaine Defoe deserves everything he gets. He recently unceremoniously dumped gorgeous fiancée Charlotte Mears for Celeb Big Brother muppet Danielle Lloyd.

But it was Danielle that had to lock herself in her car last week as she pulled up to Defoe’s house at the exact same time as his ex-fiancée. Ouch…good timing!

A source said, “Charlotte hit the roof and laid into her saying she had ruined her life. She was swearing at her and screaming. Danielle was too scared to get out of the car. She locked the doors and rang a pal in panic. She eventually had to drive off because Charlotte wouldn’t back down.”

Personally you can’t blame her. Not only has Danielle had more England players than you can count on your left hand; losing your fella to a girl who was dating football OAP Teddy Sheringham not so long ago must be a real body blow.

Hulk Hogan received a shocking bit of news from a Times reporter Friday night. His wife of 24 years has filed for divorce.

Hogan’s immediate response was to thank the reporter for the news. He called back a few minutes later and said, “I’m kind of shocked. You caught me off guard. My wife has been in California for about three weeks. Holy smokes. Wow, you just knocked the bottom out of me. I just pulled over to the side of the road for five minutes to find out what was going on here.”

Hogan, whose real name is Terry Gene Bollea, and wife Linda Marie Bollea have two children, Brooke, age 19, and Nick, age 17. The family recently starred in their own reality show on VH1 entitled Hogan Knows Best. In July 2005, around the premier of the magazine, Hogan shared in an interview with People magazine, “My wife and I are very intense, very passionate, very loving. Our family if pretty basic and old school, and now we’ve kind of become cool because we’re just as intense as anyone else, but we run a really tight ship.”

Apparently the ship wasn’t tight enough because Hogan’s son Nick has recently been in the news. He is currently facing felony charges for reckless driving. He lost control of his Toyota Supra in August and slammed into a tree. His passenger, friend John Graziano, suffered a brain injury.

Intense as they are, maybe being in the spotlight herself was too much for Linda. Or maybe with Hogan, we can’t believe everything we see on television.

Following his messy divorce with gold digger Mills, Sir Paul McCartney has vowed to only date rich women from now on. Seems a little shallow? You’d be hanging on to your money for dear life too if you were him, wouldn’t you? Let me guess… he wouldn’t of had this problem if he used a certain website for millionaires?…. lol anyway, Paul is finally using his brain! No man that has money like that should EVER get involved w/ a woman who can’t support herself. Especially if she’s got kids already, or plans on having your baby. not at least w/out a pre-nup. Anything less is just ignorant! Protect ya neck! Once bitten, twice shy. If I were him I would do the same. Too bad that makes me out of the running Paul! But at least if the woman is secure and rich he’ll KNOW he’s loved for himself and not his money or fame. For a famous guy, he seems to like to be as regular as possible. I hope he finds happiness with the new woman!

They aren’t being treated equally because their behavior is not equal. Kevin can smoke weed, do lines and drink Jack all day. We don’t know because he has the good sense to commit his crimes, if he does, in the privacy of his home. Whereas Brit puts her shit on 10 minute Headline news. She will make sure the world knows about her fuck ups. Kevin also has the good sense to listen to his lawyers and at least pretend, and make the judge believe he is a good father. Compared to Britney, he probably looks like Mike Brady and Ward Cleaver rolled into one, in the judge’s eyes. She has taken immaturity & irresponsibility to a new level. And this is not even about Britney. It’s about 2 little boys. This is a high profile case. That’s why the judge gives it so much attention. If something happens to those boys in her care, that will be his ass. I’m sure he knows that. Especially when there is SO MUCH evidence of her unfitness as a mother.

Britney Spears’ mother, Lynne, has reportedly that she is taking full responsibility for the trainwreck that is her daughter. At this point I think that’s all Lynn could get out of Britney is to be a friend, and it’s better to be a friend then to not be able to be anything to her daughter at all, because as a friends she could still advice Brit without getting grief. Britney is not looking for guidance right now. Even though she needs guidance desperately. I think this is one of those things people can’t understand right now. Like Julia Roberts is trying to do the guidance thing. See that shit just not going to work. Brit needs to find her own way at this point and I think Lynn finally sees that. Britney and her mom should be taking things one at a time, Britney is also reportedly talking to Kevin to seeing if there can be a breakthrough in their custody battle. There’s a lot that’s happening in her life and one at a time approach will help get hold of things.
