Burlesque star Dita Von Teese has said she is “more careful” with her choice of man nowadays.

Dita, 37, was once married to rocker Marilyn Manson but they later divorced.

She admitted she’s now looking for someone who brings “happiness” into her life.

Dita told OK! magazine: “I think I’ve become a little bit more careful in my selection now. I look for people that keep me calm and bring happiness and joy to my life instead of the opposite of that.

“I look for elegance combined with someone who has great sexual chemistry with me. It’s the good parts of the bad guy and the good parts of the good guy, too. I like all of it.”

Burlesque star Dita Von Teese wants to teach Victoria Beckham how to be sexy.

Von Teese, 37, said she would like to share some of her tips with the former Spice Girls star, who has previously said she doesn’t feel sexy.

Von Teese said to Scottish newspaper the Daily Record: “I am friends with Victoria and I’ve met David a couple of times. I think Victoria knows how to be a sexy, confident woman in her own right. I do think it would be fun. And I’m sure she’d be up for it. She’s a lot of fun.”

Von Teese said that she’s happy to share her tips with other women, she said: “I always try to remind women not to focus on what they think beauty is, because confidence is where sexiness comes from.”

Katy Perry and Dita von Teese are just two of the celebrities joining H&M and Designers Against AIDS for Fashion Against AIDS, to help fight the disease and raise youth awareness. Other artists participating in the campaign include Tokio Hotel, NERD, Estelle, Cyndi Lauper, Dangerous Muse, Robyn, Roisin, Murphy, Yelle, Moby, Yoko Ono and Katharine Hamnett. All of the celebrities collaborated with H&M on designs for T-shirts, T-shirt dresses, vests and bodies. 25% of the sales price will be donated to youth HIV/AIDS awareness projects. The designs for both guys and girls will go on sale starting on May 28, 2009.

The year is almost over and it’s just in time for burlesque queen Dita Von Teese to be saying “out with the old”. She has finally gotten rid of her husband, the creepy rocker that is Marilyn Manson, who is now dating 20-year old starlet Evan Rachel Wood.

The judgment of divorce was entered in Los Angeles County Superior Court on Thursday which dissolved the marriage of petitioner Heather R. Sweet aka Dita and Brian H. Warner aka Marilyn. The former couple did, however, reserve the right to work on the final terms of the agreement. Happy New Year! Goodbye.
