LA tattoo shop owner Kat von D has said that she is Jesse James’s type of woman, but on a “different level” than most people would assume.

The 28-year-old reality TV star said she shares a connection with Sandra Bullock’s ex-husband that is not just skin deep.

Von D told the Kevin & Bean radio show in LA: “Just because I have tattoos doesn’t mean, ‘Oh, you guys are a perfect match’.

“I think that I’m his type on a different level than people would assume.”

The pair sparked rumours that they are dating after it was reported that they shared a passionate kiss in Las Vegas last weekend.

Von D added further fuel to the fire by later announcing on Twitter that they are romantically involved, before later retracting her comments.

James, 41, split from Bullock, 46, earlier this year after reports emerged that he had cheated on her and Von D said she could relate to his crisis.

She said: “I am a believer that we’re all human and we’re all capable of making mistakes.

“I think if I were to be crucified for my drug addiction three years ago now, it would be hard to live with that… I have made mistakes, too.

“I’ve got a lot of respect for Jesse and how he handled it.”

Reality star Stephanie Pratt has revealed that she is dating two men at the same time.

Despite splitting up recently from her motocross champion boyfriend Josh Hansen, the former Hills star now has more than one romantic interest.

While at the Nylon + Express August Denim Issue Party in Hollywood yesterday, Pratt told People.com: “I’m seeing two guys right now.

“And it’s actually way more fun than seeing one guy – I’ve never done something like this before, but it’s really quite lovely!”

The newly single 24-year-old added that she has decided to keep her options open because she is still too young to have a serious relationship.

She said: “It’s not really ’single’ life, but I’m way too young for relationships.

“I’ve decided I want to keeps things very light, and I’ve realised that guys are children!”

Talking about her ideal man, she told the entertainment website: “My perfect man is someone that wants to read a book in Hawaii.

“I want someone [who] doesn’t want to be in Hollywood… someone who has their own deal, and who thinks that what I do is ‘weird’.”

Comedian Russell Brand has revealed he once had a ‘team of experts’ to help him pick up women.

Brand, who has since received treatment for sex addiction, has confessed: “When I was at my most promiscuous, I was like a charging locomotive.

“My selection process was outsourced. I had a team of experts who took care of finding women for me.

“They had very specific instructions. It was as if I was talking to a wine steward – ‘I’m looking for something French, a bit fruity, smells of oak’.”

The actor, who’s next big screen role is in Get Him to The Greek, says: “I’ve reached a point in my life where I understand empirically that this is not the answer.

“When you sleep with loads of women, it becomes a bit pointless and futile,” he said in an interview with Playboy.

Brand also offered an insight into the rehabilitation process, commenting: “The majority of people in sex rehab are just disgusting men.

“It’s just sleazy men pleasuring themselves in dark corners. Let’s not shy away from it: they’re pedophiles and perverts.”

Comedian Joan Rivers has dished about how she thinks Sandra Bullock should get revenge on her soon-to-be-ex Jesse James: “Have an affair with Larry King.”

The comedian joked on Entertainment Tonight: “She should get him back – she should have affair with Larry King. Once a bad boy always a bad boy – she should have known. I’m so sorry for her.”

Rivers’ message to the Oscar-winner and new mum: “I hope that the baby gives you comfort.” Bullock revealed this week she has adopted a 3½-month-old boy.

Rivers will next be seen on the big screen in a documentary about the 76 year-old, Joan Rivers: A Piece of Work.

Doctor Who star Matt Smith is reportedly set to meet model Daisy Lowe’s rocker dad Gavin Rossdale.

Smith, 27, met model Lowe, 21, at the recent Coachella Festival in California and it is claimed they are now on a road trip in the Mojave desert visiting the Joshua Tree national park.

After their trip it is believed they will head back to LA where Smith will get to meet Rossdale, who is married to singer Gwen Stefani.

A source told UK newspaper The Sun: “Matt was really pleased when Daisy invited him to come and see her dad with her.

“A meeting with Gavin and his wife Gwen Stefani, who has written to Daisy recently, can only cement things between the couple. They’re both looking forward to the rest of their trip.”

Actress Kate Hudson is allegedly juggling THREE different men.

Since splitting with baseball superstar Alex Rodriguez, the screen beauty has reportedly been making the most of her single life. And she has been dating three different men at the same time, according to the New York Daily News.

The paper’s Gatecrasher column says the star is seeing photographer Darren Ankenman, Australian golfer Adam Scott and an unnamed “big-time hedge fund manager”.

Hudson met photographer and cameraman Ankenman when he worked on her 2009 flick Bride Wars.

“They hit it off on the set, but nothing romantic happened until after she and Alex broke up during the winter,” an insider told the columnists.

Ironically, Ankenman also shot a live 2006 concert video for the Black Crowes, who are led by Hudson’s ex-husband, Chris Robinson. He is unhappy about Hudson’s socialising.

The source says Kate is also dating Australian golfer Adam Scott, whom she encountered last year.

The two were spotted on a romantic Hawaiian vacation in January 2009.

Gatecrasher also says she is seeing “a big-time hedge fund manager based in L.A.”, giving no more clues to his identity.

Kate Hudson’s ex-boyfriend Alex Rodriguez has been spotted out with a new woman, according to US reports.

The multi-millionaire baseball player, known to fans as A-Rod, has reportedly been seen stepping out with a mystery new woman in Miami, following his break-up with the Hollywood actress.

Now a local newspaper has named her as Elaine Spottswood, a member of a prominent real-estate family in Key West, Florida.

Spottswood, 25, is nine years A-Rod’s junior and has been seen going to the Coral Gables Equinox gym and a restaurant with him, according to The Miami Herald newspaper.

Spottswood is a University of Florida business studies graduate and is said to work as a tenant representative in a real-estate consultancy firm.

Alex Rodriguez has a history of dating blondes, having allegedly broken up with his former blonde wife Cynthia over his reported relationship with Madonna – before moving on to Kate Hudson.

Rosie O’Donnell has said she is struggling with single life after splitting from partner Kelli Carpenter.

O’Donnell, 47, recently revealed that she and Carpenter, 42, have been separated for two years and asked how she is enjoying being single, she said: “I’m not. But you know. On we grow, so to speak.”

Her long-time pal Judy Gold said that she is not yet ready to start dating again.

She said: “I don’t think she’s probably ready. You have that marriage, you have the kids – it’s a long process. I have no idea.”

Talking about the reasons for the split, Gold added: “I think it’s her choice and I think she has kids… I think she’s entitled to her private life, and that’s what it is – private.

Despite speculations she’s flying down there to meet Jesus Luz’s parents, it seems Madonna keeps saying she’s going to Brazil in order to do charity work and she will be taking her rabbi along with her… probably to be a bit more convincing. Madonna said the following about her trip: “I am going there strictly for fundraising and humanitarian purposes.” How very subtle of her! Who would dare deny that Madonna is on an expedition to convert more people to her worship… maybe the rabbi is just a spirit leader for the new cults to be formed.

Burlesque star Dita Von Teese has said she is “more careful” with her choice of man nowadays.

Dita, 37, was once married to rocker Marilyn Manson but they later divorced.

She admitted she’s now looking for someone who brings “happiness” into her life.

Dita told OK! magazine: “I think I’ve become a little bit more careful in my selection now. I look for people that keep me calm and bring happiness and joy to my life instead of the opposite of that.

“I look for elegance combined with someone who has great sexual chemistry with me. It’s the good parts of the bad guy and the good parts of the good guy, too. I like all of it.”

The break-up itself occurred last December and the reasons stated by Kenny Goss are simple: George Michael is too much of a playboy. George Michael’s new behavior however is very fascinating, as a friend of his relates: “When Kenny left him, George wasn’t in the right frame of mind for anything. He seemed to become really depressed and no one could talk him out of it. George would get up at 2pm, have a couple of cannabis joints, and play computer games until 7am, then do it all again the next day. George also has all these ideas about going back on the road – but no one knows if his state of mind will take it. The split has hit him hard.” Slowly it seems that “gaming rehab” will become a real necessity.

Russell Brand was spotted kissing a brunette in the street, before a mystery blonde left his home after staying the night.

The brunette is a movie extra named Sofia Farnesi, who Brand met on the set of Get Him to The Greek. The 19-year-old was seen in a passionate lip lock against an iron fence on a street with Brand and out with him at an upscale Italian restaurant.

Farnesi said: “Russell is really charming. Yes he’s older than me but he’s really lovely. I’d love to see him again, but whatever is meant to be will be.”

The mystery blonde was seen leaving Brand’s Hampstead home in North London after staying the night. Farnesi would not comment when she was informed.

Of Farnesi, a source on the set at Hatfield House, Herts, said: “Every bloke here was thinking: ‘Wow. She looks stunning.’ Russell clearly agreed.”

Scottish actor Gerard Butler has said he is not dating Jennifer Aniston.

The 39-year-old who is filming The Bounty with the former Friends star said: “No, and if I was I would say I was. I’m not embarrassed by her. Maybe she’s embarrassed by me though.

“It’s just if you are not married in Hollywood and you are working with someone else who is single you are having a thing with them.”

In the film, Butler plays an ex cop turned Bounty hunter who is given the job of finding and arresting a journalist on the run from the law who also happens to be his ex wife, played by Aniston.

He said he will have to kiss her in the film and he said: “I haven’t done it yet. I am excited. I have been lucky.

“She is the best. That girl is so down to earth, easy going and fun. I am having a great time on this movie. It is the funniest script, craziest scenarios and she is up for anything.”

And quizzed on if he was dating Aniston in real life he joked: “Maybe I am snogging her in real life I’m just not going out with her. No, I’m only joking!”

He is currently starring in The Ugly Truth with Katherine Heigl and he told GMTV: “She is awesome. I had seen her in Knocked Up and she blew me away in that and I thought: ‘I would love to get the chance to work with her’, and then this great script came along.”
