Well it’s not looking good for our Britney. If it’s not enough that the rest of us have decided she has to be a bit loopy with everything that has been reported about her recently; evidence in her ongoing custody battle with ex Kevin Federline has been produced which can only be desribed as bad…really bad.

Brit has been battling to regain custody of her children after Judge Gordon gave full custody of her sons Sean Preston and Jayden James over to K-Fed. And now a 300 page document has been handed over to the residing judge which contains a very poor report from child welfare services.

Part of their statement reads, “Based on its investigation to date, it should be noted that DCFS has concerns of its own regarding the safety and welfare of the children if the children are left in the mother’s care.”

Add that to the long list of her recent behaviour and I doubt Britney has much of a chance. Wonder how this affects her adoption proceedings?
