Bristol Palin has challenged Levi Johnston with subpoenas over his earnings claim in the pair’s child support battle.

Johnston’s lawyer last week filed papers claiming the Playgirl model made a pittance in recent years. Palin had claimed for $1,688.42 a month in child support for the pair’s son, Tripp.

TMZ reports Palin’s lawyer issued subpoenas to CNN, Playgirl, Entertainment Tonight, The Insider, Star Magazine and National Enquirer, requesting dollar amounts on how much was paid to Johnston.

Johnston said he was paid no more than $10,000 in the year before 2009. But Palin has provided his pay stub from 2008, showing he made $18,594.50 from one employer, which was reported as a construction company in Alaska.

According to RadarOnline, her lawyer said: “Bristol is hopeful that Levi will obtain work in 2010. She is encouraged that he acknowledged in court his obligation to pay child support and that he acknowledged paying $4,400 in the last 14 months.”

Jackass star Johnny Knoxville is to be a dad for the second time, his rep has confirmed.

Knoxville, 36, is expecting the baby with his girlfriend of almost a year Naomi Nelson, who is three months pregnant.

His rep said to Usmagazine.com: “Yes, they are expecting and very excited.”

Knoxville is already dad to 13-year-old daughter Madison, whose mum is Knoxville’s ex-wife Melanie Clapp. He married Clapp in 1995 and they were married for 12 years before separating in 2006.

Knoxville filed for divorce a year later citing irreconcilable differences.

Reality star Kendra Wilkinson isn’t worried about gaining weight during her pregnancy and said it “has to happen”.

The 23-year-old and hubby Hank Baskett, 26, are expecting their first baby on Christmas Day and Wilkinson said she isn’t worried about gaining weight.

She said: “I’m concentrating more on what’s healthy for the baby more than my weight gain. I know my weight gain will go away very fast, so if I gain weight and that’s what it takes to make my baby healthy, that’s what has to happen.”

Wilkinson, who recently had her E! reality show commissioned for a second season, said she has been craving “teriyaki chicken and rice, and soy sauce and ginger salad”.

Wilkinson even admitted she is removing her beloved stripper pole for the arrival of the baby: “The stripper pole’s coming down now because of the baby. Not forever, but for a while. It will be hung up in the closet.”

It looks like 13-month old Harlow Winter Madden is going to be a big sister. Nicole Richie and partner Joel Madden have just announced that baby number two is on the way for them. Joel posted a message on the official Good Charlotte blog saying “What’s better than winning an Oscar? I am so happy to tell everyone that Harlow is going to be a big sister! God has truly blessed my family. Hope your (sic) all feeling as good as i am right now………” Congratulations to the happy family! I wonder when they’re going to get married and make the family official.

Clay Aiken is already expecting a son with his 50-year old music producer best friend Jaymes Foster in August but that’s not enough for the 29-year old singer. The pair used advanced IVF therapy to conceive their first child but according to an In Touch insider, they’ve already frozen eggs and sperm so they can have another baby next year. The insider says “Jaymes is due in August, so she’d like to conceive again next March. That way, she would give birth in December 2009… Clay and Jaymes are committed to having at least two children. They’re both incredibly successful and wealthy, so money is certainly no object.

If you’re wondering where Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony got the idea of naming their twins Max and Emme, look no further than you’re TV. The twins may have gotten their names from a PBS cartoon called ‘Dragon Tales’ – it’s a kids show about a brother and sister named Max and Emmy who socialize with dragons. The show is made to help children learn life lesson through the sibling’s adventures and mixes in Spanish language to promote a bilingual experience for the audience. How come they didn’t choose to name them Dora and Diego? That pair of names works too.

Despite his partying on Sunday night, Sean “Diddy” Combs still planned a special baby gift for ex-girlfriend Jennifer Lopez.

While walking the red carpet, he announced that he thinks J.Lo “is going to make a great mother.” He also said he is planning to send her a present. “I’m going to send her some Sean John baby clothes. I’m so happy for her. It’s such a blessing.”

Diddy is also the father of twins, so he offered the following advice to Jennifer, “It’s double the love, and it’s also double the crying and screaming, so it’s a unique blessed situation. It’s a rarity to have twins. She’ll be all right.”

Don’t I feel dumb. All this time, I thought he was gay. I guess you can figure skate and still like the ladies.

Scott Hamilton and his wife Tracie welcomed their second son Monday at a hospital in Nashville, Tennessee. Maxx was born at 7:51 a.m., weighing 7 lbs., 8 oz, and measuring 20 inches. Big brother Aidan is 4 years old.

If you don’t know who Scott Hamilton is, he won the gold medal at the Sarajevo Olympics in 1984. He was a championship figure skater and has served as a commentator for many events. He also played a skating announcer in the movie Blades of Glory.

I know I know. What did I tell you? 2008 is set for a baby boom. The celebrities alone are seeing to that at the moment. You lot are probably a bit sick of me gushing about a new pregnancy in the world of showbiz. But being a pregnant woman myself I can’t help it.

Celeb in question today is Hollywood star Matthew McConaughey. It seems that the reported fasting taken on board by Matthew twice a year obviously wasn’t happening in the past few months…as he claims that sex is one of the things he gives up. Instead we can announce that the recently voted “sexiest man alive” is to become a father for the first time.

He and Brazilian girlfriend Camilla Alves are said to be “excited” by the news.

And this time it’s not a rumor. It’s just not the Spears you’d expect. It’s her sister Jamie Lynn

Despite her claims that she is NOT pregnant for a third time in 3 years, rumors continue to circulate. This time, K-Fed isn’t to blame, though. The rumored father is JR Rotem.

Sources differ, though. Apparently, Rotem sent a statement to usmagazine.com that denied the rumors. But “In Touch Weekly” released pictures yesterday of a text message that supposedly came from Rotem saying, “It’s true.” Other sources claim to have pictures of the ultrasound showing that Britney is four weeks along.

Personally, I can’t imagine Brit with another child. I mean, she can’t even see the two she’s got right now, except on a limited visitation schedule. What does she need another one for? Honestly, no child deserves to live through the hell that is her life.

Guess we know what they’ll be yakking about on The View Monday. Elisabeth Hasselbeck and her NFL quarterbacking husband, Tim, welcomed their second child, a son. The boy was born Friday morning in a Phoenix-area hospital and weighed in at 7 pounds, 15 ounces. Oh Elizabeth and Tim, congratulations on the NEW BABY BOY!!!! I am so happy for the both of you and to Grace too!! I know she is excited about being big sister. Oh Elizabeth please hurry back to The View. I so love the show, but without you, something is missing. I am a young mother myself and I am so pleased to know that there is someone like you that we mothers can look to and say “Okay we are mothers” and be proud of it. I know a lot of hatred comes out of certain people for you Elizabeth because of your feelings on moral issues and family values. But believe me, there are many out here just like you and Tim.
