Chat show host Jimmy Kimmel has mocked Snooki’s public nuisance arrest.

The sketch showed a Spitting Image-style puppet – complete with huge hair and a large chest – being put on “trial” by TV court show host Judge Judy.

The fake Snooki promised to cut down on her boozing before pulling out – and slurping from – a beer helmet.

Yesterday, a lawyer for the real Snooki appeared in court on her behalf to deny charges of disorderly conduct, creating a public nuisance and annoying people on the beach.

On the way to her own birthday, the “Mean Girls” actress was stopped by the police. She turned 24 on the 02nd of thin month. She was on her way to a dinner party with some friends in her black SUV, when she was pulled over by officers. The reason was that she id dot stop at a stop sign. Lindsay was not the one who drove the car though, it was her assistant Eleonore Lieven. She received some citations and was scolded by the officers. The point is, Lindsay and her friends were late for dinner. It turns out this is not the worst thing happening to Lindsay, given the fact she received a punch from a waitress just the night before.

The controversial Philadelphia Eagles quarterback blew out the candles on his birthday cake at Guadalajaras in Virginia Beach surrounded by friends and family, including his fiancée Kijafa Frink.

A man named in reports as Quanis Phillips, one of his co-defendants in his 2007 dog fighting conviction, was shot near the restaurant on the night of the June 24 party.

Vick’s lawyer had said he left the restaurant long before the shooting and had no involvement in it.

But surveillance video from the restaurant reportedly shows Vick was still there just three minutes before the shooting.

Police say Vick has not been ruled out as a suspect or person of interest in the investigation.

Vick is on probation and is not supposed to associate with convicted felons.

Jeremy London has reportedly filed restraining orders against members of his family after they publicly questioned the 37-year-old’s allegation he had been kidnapped.

The Party of Five star recently said he had been held against his will in Palm Springs and forced to smoke drugs, a report his family cast doubts about in the media.

“Jeremy filed these orders against his family for them to stop giving unauthorised interviews to the press,” his lawyer Catherine Lombardo told People.

“What they’ve said is false, misleading and harmful to his personal reputation and career. We believe what the family is saying is harmful to the ongoing investigation. The police have already arrested and charged a suspect in the case.”

Brandon Adams, 26, has reputedly pleaded not guilty for the alleged kidnapping.

London’s twin Jason has responded to his brother’s legal move, saying: “A restraining order isn’t going to make us stop worrying about Jeremy and only wanting the best for him.”

The massage therapist who claims Al Gore sexually assaulted her once took out a restraining order on an ex-boyfriend.

Molly Hagerty applied for the restraining order in 1998 after claiming Mark Myers had assaulted her in a public park.

She claimed she was left with injuries that needed medical attention – and forced her to take two weeks off work.

In the court papers filed in 1998, Hagerty reveals she had been ‘involved in a sexual relationship within the previous two years’ with Myers.

But she claimed he had: “Placed me in fear of immediate serious bodily injury.”

In her own handwriting she adds: “He showed up at my place of work – I immediately fled……. his presence and demeanor were threatening to me.

“In July 1996, Respondent assaulted me in a public park in the afternoon. I suffered injuries for which I received first aid, and then medical care by health care professionals.

However, Hagerty reveals on the application that she did not call police after the attack in the park even though she also states in the document that she is ‘not sure’ if he has been previously arrested or convicted of a violent crime.

The restraining order was granted in 1998 for a period of one year and Myers was ordered not to contact Hagerty.

Glenn Danzig, the singer who sang the song ‘Mother’ back in the day, is facing a lawsuit from someone named Guy who claims that the rock star is a pretty crappy driver. In a lawsuit filed late last week in LA County Superior Court, Danzig allegedly recklessly crashed his car into the rear end of another car back in January. The alleged victim, Guy Wilson, claims that he was seriously messed up in the crash and says that he’s had to endure “pain and suffering” and “emotional distress”. What, was he in the car when it happened or was the car worth so much that he suffered through all that?

Former Party of Five star Jeremy London has insisted that his recent kidnapping was real.

London, 37, has claimed he was abducted at gunpoint and forced to take drugs.

There has been speculation that the kidnap never happened, but London said to RadarOnline.com: “It’s been an absolute nightmare. First of all, I want to say [the incident] actually did happen. It was one of the worst days of my life. I thought I was going to die. Thank God I made it out alive.”

He added: “I had a gun put to my head. I had my family threatened. We’re working closely with the Palm Springs Police Department to get the rest of the guys. There’s one guy in custody. There’s two more out there.”

She just couldn’t wait a bit longer, could she? Lindsay Lohan’s mother recently spoke about her daughter’s trip to Cannes in relation to all of the legal issues she’s been facing. This is what Dina Lohan said: “We did what we had to do to protect her. We did that for court purposes and the warrant purposes. To clear all that up before she hits American soil, which we have done, so she is now able to come. There was no music to face. We were dealing with issues to get her back safely — without an arrest and vacate the warrant.” So it was all a scam? Well, this would’ve made a great story a year from now, but now it might just prove to be a source of complications for Lindsay Lohan. And who says that Michael Lohan is the only bad guy here?

Actress Mackenzie Phillips has thanked the police for helping her turn her life around.

The star was in a Los Angeles court on Friday and had the slate wiped clean in her drug case. And during the hearing, she thanked the police for putting her behind bars in the first place.

Phillips – who was ordered to complete a drug diversion program back in 2008 – had all charges against her dismissed.

She called her recovery “the most rewarding time in my life. It really just changed my life.”

On her way out of court, Mackenzie had a few words of wisdom for Lindsay Lohan as she told TMZ.com: “I hope she finds the strength within herself to get some help. I had to go until I had to walk out with handcuffs on and I don’t want to see that happen to her.”

Phillips went to rehab back in 2008 after she was arrested at Los Angeles Airport. She was charged with two felonies stemming from her arrest at LAX on August 27, 2008. She was charged with one count of felony possession of cocaine and another for possession of heroin after drugs fell out of her trousers while going through airport security.

Jenna Jameson has reportedly passed a drug test a day after her husband Tito Ortiz accused her of being high on OxyContin during their fight.

According to TMZ, the results – by American Toxicology Inc in Las Vegas – show that Jameson’s urine tested negative for 10 major drugs in a list that included cocaine, marijuana, crystal meth and Oxycodone, which is a major ingredient in OxyContin.

“I am definitely not addicted to OxyContin or any drug,” the former porn star affirmed.

Her attorney, Ronald Richards, added: “The lab tests clearly exonerate Jenna Jameson of any hint, iota, or suggestion that she ingested or was under the influence of any opiates or controlled substances. Statements made by anyone to the contrary are completely impeached by the results from this prestigious testing facility.”

Ortiz and his lawyer claim that Jameson is addicted to Oxycontin, and that is what led to the alleged incident that saw the UFC star arrested for domestic violence.

Filmmaker Roman Polanski has had his request to be sentenced for a child-sex case outside of the US rejected by a court.

The 76-year-old, who directed new movie The Ghost Writer, has been under house arrest in Switzerland for the past seven months as he faces a US warrant for a conviction from 1977 of having unlawful sex with a minor.

He could now be extradited from Switzerland to the US to face the charge after the California Second District Court of Appeal rejected the bid for him to be sentenced in absentia.

The court upheld the decision that Polanski must return to the US to be sentenced.

Officials in Switzerland have said they are waiting to see what happens about an appeal before they decide whether or not to extradite him.

The ex-wife of action star Steven Seagal has said she is “not surprised” by the recent sexual allegations levelled at the actor.

Actress Kelly LeBrock told TMZ.com the allegations that Seagal treated a former female employee as his own personal “sex toy” came as no big surprise to her.

LeBrock – who had three children with the action star during their marriage from 1987 to 1996 – also told TMZ: “I will refrain from saying anything specific now because of our three children.”

But then she added: “I have many shocking things to say about Mr Seagal which will be known soon when my book comes out.”

The martial arts expert is being sued by 23-year-old former model Kayden Nguyen, who says she signed up to work for him after responding to an ad on craigslist.

But she alleges he went on to treat her as “his sex toy” and expected her to live in his house in Louisiana, where he shoots his reality show Steven Seagal: Lawman in which he works with a sheriff’s department as a deputy.

Nguyen also alleges Seagal had two young Russian women as “attendants” on staff at his home “who were available for his sexual needs 24 hours a day, seven days a week”.

She is suing for sexual harassment, illegal trafficking of females for sex, failure to prevent sexual harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination and false representation about employment.

LEWIS Hamilton’s Mercedes road car has been impounded by police in Australia after he was caught doing boy racer stunts on a public road.

The British former Formula 1 world champion is said to have carried out a burnout with smoking tyres and a fishtail manoeuvre in front of a police van in Melbourne on Friday night, less than two days before the country’s Grand Prix.

Witnesses said the McLaren F1 team’s star driver was visibly upset as his Mercedes was towed away under tough “anti-boy racer” laws.

It can be held for 48 hours.

Hamilton, 25, will now be charged by summons with improper use of a road vehicle and may have to appear in court.

In a statement, he later said: “This evening, I was driving in an over-exuberant manner and, as a result, was stopped by police.

“What I did was silly and I want to apologise for it.”

A witness told the Herald Sun newspaper that Hamilton tried to hide from fans as he was questioned.

Disgraced film director Roman Polanski’s wife Emmanuelle has revealed that she has “never lied” to their children about her husband’s imprisonment.

The 76-year-old Oscar-winner was arrested six months ago for having unlawful sex with a 13-year-old girl in 1977.

His wife Emmanuelle said that she told their children, Morgane, 17, who already knew about the case, and Elvis, 11, the morning after Polanski was recently arrested.

She said to The Sunday Times Magazine: “I’ve never lied to my kids. I just explained to my son that the girl was young and that what happened was forbidden.

“Their love for their father is intact.”

An obsessed fan of The Hills beauty Audrina Patridge has been arrested again after allegedly ignoring a restraining order by turning up at her home.

Zachary Loring allegedly started pounding on the front door and ringing the bell at Audrina’s LA home on Friday morning, according to reports.

Reality TV star Audrina is believed to have been home at the time of the incident.

Loring was booked for stalking and violating a restraining order. He was being held on $160,000 bail on Friday afternoon.

Audrina was granted a restraining order against Loring last September.

She claimed he repeatedly showed up at her house and gave her disturbing poems and drawings, including one of a woman being hanged.

Concerned doctors advised the wife of Charlie Sheen, Brooke Mueller, to reduce stress in order to speed up recovery from pneumonia.

Mueller was admitted to a hospital ICU with a post-op infection after removal of an impacted wisdom tooth and due in court over alleged domestic violence in her house. She called 911 on Christmas Day to summon help in an alleged domestic disturbance with Sheen who was arrested.

A source said: “The doctors told Brooke on Sunday that if she wants to get better she has to reduce stress and get a lot of R&R in the coming weeks. Her mom is checking out spas around the country now.”

Mueller only last March gave birth to twin boys. She has been in a Los Angeles hospital for about a week. A Colorado judge lifted a restraining order on the couple to allow Sheen to visit her and a hearing into the matter was postponed until February 8. The Two And A Half Men star is expected to be charged.

Extra! claimed doctors were not satisfied with her rate of recovery, laying slow progress to stress and its effects on the immune system. “The doctors basically said Brooke is not going to get better without taking her health in her own hands and reducing the stress surrounding her life. She has to do it now.”

A Colorado judge has permitted Charlie Sheen to visit and speak to his sick wife for the first time since a violent Christmas Day quarrel.

Brooke Mueller was admited to a Los Angeles hospital suffering from a post-operative infection after oral surgery. Sheen is facing allegations of domestic violence against her on Christmas Day in Aspen last year. The pair had been subject to a protective order preventing them from contacting each other.

Mueller’s condition was serious enough to admit her to an intensive care unit with high fever and suspected pneumonia.

Her lawyer Yale Galanter said: “She wants to reconcile and get on with her life with Charlie and the babies.” The couple have twin sons, born last May.

Celebrity website TMZ said Mueller was expected to remain in hospital for at least several more days.

Sheen, 44, was arrested after she told police he pulled a knife on her during an argument and threatened to have her killed. No charges have been filed against Sheen, and Mueller is widely reported to want the case dropped.

Former tennis beauty Anna Kournikova’s mother has been charged with child neglect after the star’s five-year-old half-brother jumped out of a second-storey window while allegedly home alone.

Alla Kournikova was arrested on Tuesday in Palm Beach, Florida, where her son Allan was reportedly found crying, screaming and bleeding.

Allan is believed to have jumped out of the window and landed on rocks.

He told police he leapt into a swimming pool afterwards because his feet hurt so much.

Alla, 46, left Allan home alone with the doors “locked with a deadbolt”, according to a police affidavit.

The affadavit says she told cops she left Allan watching TV while she went to run errands for about 50 minutes.

She told them Allan did not want to go with her.

David Copperfield has had an alleged rape investigation against him dropped after two years.

The illusionist was accused by a former beauty queen who claimed Copperfield spotted her in the audience at one of his shows and invited her to his private island.

But federal prosecutors have closed the case without filing charges.

The Seattle woman alleged Copperfield sexually assaulted her on his island in the Bahamas in July 2007.

She claimed Copperfield invited her to the island with some friends and said he would help her with her modelling career.

But she told investigators when she arrived she found she was the only guest there and claimed Copperfield raped her.

FBI agents raided a Las Vegas warehouse used by Copperfield as they investigated the claim in October 2007.

Copperfield’s lawyers called the woman’s civil lawsuit “extortion for money, plain and simple”.

The son of Moonlighting actress Cybill Shepherd has been arrested and accused of theft on an airline.

Cyrus Shepherd-Oppenheim, 22, was detained after witnesses reported that he allegedly took items from the carry-on luggage of two passengers on a Philadelphia-bound flight from San Francisco.

Shepherd-Oppenheim was arrested at Philadelphia’s airport after he allegedly robbed the sleeping passengers on an overnight flight. He was accused of stealing a digital camera, cash, and two small carry-on bags.

Shepherd-Oppenheim resides in Sepastopolm, California. He has been charged with two counts of theft for unlawfully receiving stolen goods.
