Spanish actor Javier Bardem flirted with Brad Pitt so he could get him a job.
The Oscar winner admitted last month to having a ‘man crush’ on Pitt and yesterday while appearing on US talk show The Tonight Show, he explained why.
The 41-year-old husband of actress Penelope Cruz told host Jay Leno: “I mean, who doesn’t have it?”
“I had the chance to meet him and he is very nice, very sweet… I mean, great body, great face – I was like, alright!”
And Javier put his feelings for Brad, 46, to good use – to score him a job on Julia Roberts’ new movie Eat Pray Love.
Bardem added: “He was a producer of Eat Pray Love, so I was flirting with him so I could get a job. I wanted to make him believe that I could fall in love with him so he would give me a job.”
Brad Pitt has reportedly slammed his ex-wife Jennifer Aniston, calling her “pathetic”.
Pitt allegedly made the comment regarding Aniston’s recent Architectural Digest spread that featured her newly renovated Beverly Hills home.
The actress was “never into architecture when they were married. It was his hobby, and she even made fun of him for it”, Hollywood Life reports a source telling Us Magazine.
Pitt, currently in Italy with his partner Angelina Jolie and their six children, reportedly also said he was “disgusted” with his former wife.
“Brad feels this is all so desperate,” Us Magazine quotes an insider as saying. “It was a ploy to get his attention.”

The pair are likely a no-show for the Oscars this year. Family seem to have taken a front seat for Pitt and Jolie, who recently reconciled with her long-estranged father, actor Jon Voight, 71.

Power couple Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie denied that a $200-million pre-nuptial agreement is in the offing if they do decide to get married. There were reports that the couple already signed the agreement which outlined in detail the disposition of their properties and children if they decide to split after the marriage. Jolie’s representatives however these are false claims.

True or not, it is clear that the couple is looking forward to more children in the future to add to their brood which already includes the 7-year old Maddox, 5-year old Pax, 3-year old Zahara, 2-year old Shiloh and the 4-month old twins Viv and Knox.

Zahara is legally Angelina Jolie’s and Brad Pitt’s child! Her adoption was first approved in 2005 and has since been ruled legal by the agency. This ruling squashes the rumors that Zahara is going back to Ethiopia because the woman that gave her up wants her back. I can never see her going back to her country – that would be silly. She lives a comfortable life here. However, if her mother gave her up b/c of poverty, disease and famine and not out of lack of love then I think she deserves to be able to at least know how the child is doing. That family obviously gave her up because they didn’t have a pot to piss in and thought the child would die… how can you fault them for being poor? I’m sure there is plenty more to the stories but if they genuinely wanted to know how she was then maybe Miss Sympathetic, Compassionate Jolie could extend the kindness of touching base and keeping them informed.

We have never seen such chaos and star power as we did last night– Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie certainly made their presence felt. Why is it that when angie goes to brad’s movie premieres she at least gives an effort to look the part. He just looks like a complete dirtbag! Probably sporting’ the cap b/c he didn’t shower. Would it hurt to throw on a tie and jacket and look like a real man? She had some skimpy high cut dress/skirt on under that ridiculous winter coat… at least she dressed up though. Brad and Angelina having more kids! They should consider marriage don’t you think? I don’t understand how they keep getting these kids even though they are not married. Not that I’m downing their decision I think taking on more children is admirable especially if you could afford it. They do have to raise these children and what kind of message are they sending to them. And what about their back ground (culture) most come from very different back grounds will they have time to teach them. Will they make time to learn themselves maybe they should consider this before trying to have more children? I love that they adopt children from different part of the world and keep all the kids together but once these kids starting going to school and all they will face resistance from fellow schoolmates about where they come from. Well ultimately it’s their family and their children so I think that we guys should just shut up and let them do that they wanna do. Just make sure there’s no sex tape coming from here.
Somebody must have been asleep at the velvet rope. Brad Pitt was shaken but not stirred Sunday when an overzealous fan managed to get by security and throw her arms around the actor as he walked the red carpet with Angelina Jolie at the Venice Film Festival. “The security team must have been embarrassed that somebody got so close to him. She could have been anyone. Brad didn’t look too happy.” I think the security personnel were a new team who might have never seen Brad and Jolie upfront and they might have dosed off seeing the beautiful couple together and would have forgotten they were on duty and had a job to do. But this is a major goof up at this prestigious international film festival and something that has been unheard of recently. May be the lady was a true Brad Pitt fan and merely wanted an autograph. But the poor lady couldn’t have the last laugh and was sent out of the venue, I think Brad should have atleast been polite and let her have a picture of him and her together for her memories.
