Police are out on the hunt for Flo Rida’s tour bus following allegations of animal cruelty. According to an Animal Control officer in Lexington, Kentucky, an observer witnessed two men from the parked tour bus step out and cruelly slaughter a rabbit for no apparent reason. The men then went back in the bus and left. At this point, investigators are interested in doing some questioning for the bus’ passengers. It’s unclear whether the rapper himself was involved in the incident. He has released a statement though, saying “While no one in my party was in any way involved in any incident, the media report that I saw was sickening. As an animal lover, I would never want to see cruelty inflicted upon them.”

Wayward Kerry Katona is facing bankruptcy proceedings over her debts of nearly $2 million. The star could lose the roof over her head after blowing a fortune on drugs, booze and parties.

As she prepared for her 11-month-old daughter Heidi’s christening last week, the Land Registry Bankruptcy Unit served Kerry with official papers. They warned her insolvency proceedings were going ahead, and secured her two properties so they can be sold off to pay creditors.

The big spending ex-Atomic Kitten singer and her husband, former drug dealer Mark Croft, have hired a team of insolvency advisors to help sort out their main debts. These comprise $1,400,000 claimed by the taxman, including an immediate $400,000 instalment, and $120,000 in loans and credit card bills.

The Britney Spears saga continues and in the latest episode we see Britney being taken away in an ambulance. Well that’s one way to get attention…

Police were called to the Spears mansion on Thursday night because she was refusing to hand the children over to their father as part of a court order. They said Spears was under the influence of an unknown substance and had been taken to hospital for a possible mental health evaluation.

An ambulance, a fire engine and six police cars were reportedly seen at the singer’s house; and Britney’s youngest son Jayden James was also driven away in a separate ambulance.

It’s anyone’s guess what the fire engine was for…

We all hate the taxman but when you compare your bill to ex-Atomic Kitten star Kerry Katona you will feel much better. The ex-singer faces a whopping £700,000 in taxes, with the first instalment of £200,000 due before Christmas. But she can’t pay it.

In a desperate bid to avoid being made bankrupt Kerry is heading to court to beg for a delay until after the New Year.

On top of that Kerry has recently admitted she can’t say that she will stay off the drugs; despite recently declaring she was clean. She revealed to TV chat show host Jonathon Ross, “I don’t know what’s going to happen tomorrow. I can never say never. I really can’t”

Oh dear oh dear oh dear. Kerry needs to get her head out of the clouds and sort herself out; before she ends up on the scrap heap like many others before her.

Amy Winehouse is one singer that everyone wishes to get some help. But according to her publicist, she is currently receiving medical help for her drug addiction as of Monday. Really now?

Wino is said to be currently in a program being supervised by doctors. She is also said to be writing a lot for a new record. Her publicist says “It’s a really difficult time and she’s been channeling it into her music.”

Amy is also said to be determined to make it to the Grammy Awards in February after getting 5 nominations last week.

I’m hoping that’s really the case. But I’m not holding my breath.

Yikes! An accident is bad enough; a death is horrific.

Back in October, 89-year-old Warren Gates allegedly didn’t yield to oncoming traffic and ran into a car driven by former TV host Gary Collins. While it was stated that the wreck was the fault of Gates, Collins was charged with a DUI.

Gates has been hospitalized since the accident and sources say he passed away on Friday. According to police officer Ana Aguirre, “It’s up to the coroners to determine whether Mr. Gates died as a result of trauma from the accident. There’s going to be a follow-up investigation after the autopsy is completed.”

Collins pled no contest to the DUI and will serve four days in jail.

Sad…so sad. Really, they should institute a maximum driving age or at least administer driving tests again.

After their London show on Saturday, the Take That boys decided to treat themselves to a well earned lads night out and hit a club.

And why not they are still hot-blooded males after all. The usual can be said for the evening. Their was dancing (Jason) and drinking of many beers (Howard) and all were pretty well behaved and seem to have had a very enjoyable evening. Fair play to them.

Meanwhile, whilst his fellow band mates were partying, Gary Barlow could be found sitting in the corner. Drinking Coffee. At 1am.

Errm Gary what happened to Take That and Party? Perhaps he’s getting boring in his old age.

Rapper Remy Ma is already facing assault charges but that isn’t stopping a judge from ordering her to face trial on gang assault and witness intimidation charges too. The additional charges reportedly stem from a beat down Remy allegedly had some male friends put on a boyfriend of a witness who was set to testify in her assault trial.

A lawyer for the 26-year old rapper, whose real name is Remy Smith, tried to have the extra gang assault and intimidation charges dismissed saying there was insufficient evidence to indict his client.

Remy’s next court date is scheduled for January 3.

Amy Winehouse seems to have finally lost the plot after being spotted wandering the streets at 5am in just a pair of jeans and a red bra. Barefoot Amy is said to have been mumbling incoherently to herself and seemed “out of it” as she negotiated the streets of London.

She has been in our news a lot recently, claiming to be “clean” despite recent poor performances, cancellation of gigs and looking like death warmed up most days. Oh, and her best mate of the moment is renowned junkie Pete Doherty.

So you can imagine why we don´t believe the official spokesperson when they tell us “Amy heard a noise and went to investigate. She didn’t realise the time”

It is the perfect demonstration of celebrities’ obsession with cosmetic surgery gone wrong. Paris Hilton was snapped at an LA nightclub over the weekend doing a fantastic impression of a trout. And I don’t think it was just a funny face for the camera.

Now either she has been snogging her boyfriend for twelve hours straight or it is a lip job gone wrong. Whatever it is, it looks highly painful, and despite the urge to point and laugh at the girl; I can’t help having a little bit of respect for the fact she actually went out in public looking like that. I mean, I only have to have a wonky eyebrow and I want to hide my head under the duvet until it rights itself.

Well done Paris; maybe next time you’ll think twice before undergoing expensive and unnecessary surgery.

The original drummer of the band Lynyrd Skynyrd was arrested on Monday by the St. John’s County, Florida Sheriff’s Department for failing to register as a sex offender. Little girls and boys beware!The former drummer , 59-year old Thomas Delmer Pyle, aka Artimus Pyle, was booked on Monday after he came to the sheriff’s office to speak with detectives about a 1993 conviction. He plead guilty to charges of attempted capital sexual battery by an adult on a victim under 12 years old and principal to lewd and lascivious acts on a child under 16 years old. He was sentenced to 8 years probation and ordered to register as a sex offender but he failed to do so properly by not registering his address because he says that he “travels a lot.”

His bail was set at $10,000 and he posted it come Tuesday evening.

Hulk Hogan received a shocking bit of news from a Times reporter Friday night. His wife of 24 years has filed for divorce.

Hogan’s immediate response was to thank the reporter for the news. He called back a few minutes later and said, “I’m kind of shocked. You caught me off guard. My wife has been in California for about three weeks. Holy smokes. Wow, you just knocked the bottom out of me. I just pulled over to the side of the road for five minutes to find out what was going on here.”

Hogan, whose real name is Terry Gene Bollea, and wife Linda Marie Bollea have two children, Brooke, age 19, and Nick, age 17. The family recently starred in their own reality show on VH1 entitled Hogan Knows Best. In July 2005, around the premier of the magazine, Hogan shared in an interview with People magazine, “My wife and I are very intense, very passionate, very loving. Our family if pretty basic and old school, and now we’ve kind of become cool because we’re just as intense as anyone else, but we run a really tight ship.”

Apparently the ship wasn’t tight enough because Hogan’s son Nick has recently been in the news. He is currently facing felony charges for reckless driving. He lost control of his Toyota Supra in August and slammed into a tree. His passenger, friend John Graziano, suffered a brain injury.

Intense as they are, maybe being in the spotlight herself was too much for Linda. Or maybe with Hogan, we can’t believe everything we see on television.

Britney Spears has apparently played the ADD card in court and argued that it was her medication for that which caused the positive reading on one of her drug tests.

It was first revealed by a source connected to Brit that the drug was actually Provigil which she used to treat narcolepsy. But then it was proven that the drug wouldn’t show up on a court-ordered drug test. Then they tried to pit it on her asthma inhaler Albuterol. But then it was revealed that the drug which caused the positive result was an amphetamine and Albuterol is nowhere near that. So now, Brit has Attention Deficit Disorder, just like Paris. And just like Paris, she uses Adderall which incidentally is an amphetamine.

Bite me.

Amy Winehouse was really pissed off yesterday when she went to visit her husband who is in jail. She didn’t get to see him because he was only allowed one visitor and his mother had already rushed in to see him. Gotta love the in-laws drama! Isn’t if funny how things will never change? The mother in law always acts like she likes you when you are not married, then once you walk down the isle the devilish horns grow on the their heads. Their precious son, Blake Fielder-Civil, is in jail because he was caught trying to pay off a witness to not testify against him in court. If found guilty he can face life in jail. Probably Amy is thinking that he is going to be proved guilty after all and before the inevitable takes place she might as well see him behind the bars and get a feel of life in jail because the way she is going about her life she stands a good chance to get behind those bars herself. Only if in America once caught on tape having drugs would punish you for life this girl would be in there before her hubby.

Everybody loves Hanna Montana’s Miley Cyrus right? If you’re part of the 99.9% that think so, well, you happen to be wrong. Miley is actually being sued by a fan for failing to make tickets available to upcoming concerts.

Kerry Inman of Pennsville, New Jersey says that she paid almost $30 to Miley’s official website which promised to make seats available to members before tickets went on sale to the general public. The $5 million class action lawsuit alleges that Interactive Media Marketing and Smiley Miley, Inc. were ‘unfair and deceptive’.

Reps for Miley say that an opportunity to purchase pre-sale tickets is one of the benefits of membership to the singer’s website but it’s no guarantee of actually obtaining a ticket especially if there are over 70,000 members.

Before Lindsay Lohan became such a “good girl,” she was a really bad girl. If y’all remember she got shipped to rehab because of her drug and alcohol addictions. Well, she had a really good lawyer and basically got out of major jail time. This morning she went to jail at 10:30AM and was out by 11:54AM. That’s hard times yo! Really tired of these celebrities that get a slap on the wrist for double offenses, DUI’s, narcotics charges, etc.! It’s bullshit. How the hell did Paris end up with 3 weeks in prison for driving on the revoke list but this bitch gets 2 DUI’s and is out in an hour?! Plus she walked into the police station with COKE on her for Pete’s sake!! I swear, Hollywood has gone to shit. I don’t even like watching movies half the time because the majority of these actors/actresses are scumbags in real life. How can you not watch a movie with this tramp in it and not think ” slut, druggy, mental case”? Let’s face it,she’s not that good an actress.

Following his messy divorce with gold digger Mills, Sir Paul McCartney has vowed to only date rich women from now on. Seems a little shallow? You’d be hanging on to your money for dear life too if you were him, wouldn’t you? In an interview with Britain’s Now Magazine, Price admitted: ‘I’m not scared of dying because I’ve been told by a medium that I’m going to die in my sleep.’ This trailer trash ho obviously hasn’t done the research to find out exactly what happens when you get a lethal injection. If she knew what really happened after getting the injection, and how your body takes about 5 minutes to die painfully, she wouldn’t want it anymore. just goes to show that she really IS as stupid as she makes herself out to be. Seriously, who is this chic? Isn’t her 15 minutes up? Last time I saw something written about her she was discussing how she thought her baby was ugly! Nothing smart or important ever comes out of her mouth. And what’s up with the faker than fake tan and big nose!?

They aren’t being treated equally because their behavior is not equal. Kevin can smoke weed, do lines and drink Jack all day. We don’t know because he has the good sense to commit his crimes, if he does, in the privacy of his home. Whereas Brit puts her shit on 10 minute Headline news. She will make sure the world knows about her fuck ups. Kevin also has the good sense to listen to his lawyers and at least pretend, and make the judge believe he is a good father. Compared to Britney, he probably looks like Mike Brady and Ward Cleaver rolled into one, in the judge’s eyes. She has taken immaturity & irresponsibility to a new level. And this is not even about Britney. It’s about 2 little boys. This is a high profile case. That’s why the judge gives it so much attention. If something happens to those boys in her care, that will be his ass. I’m sure he knows that. Especially when there is SO MUCH evidence of her unfitness as a mother.
