Or so singer Rufus Wainwright seems to think… and he’s very damn sure about it too. This is what he said about 50 Cent in a recent interview: “And I love, love 50 Cent. I think he’s just the sexiest, and a brilliant writer. And I know he’s gay. That cute little voice of his. It’s okay, 50 Cent. Feel free to call me anytime. My boyfriend and I are experts. You can come over for dinner. And maybe dessert.” That’s a pretty big assumption there… not really sure 50 Cent is going to go for it. But hey, it’s always good to try something new once in a while. Who knows, the man might actually get convinced to turn over a new leaf.
The rapper believes that his new fragrance makes people confident with themselves. This is what 50 Cent said about the fragrance he has recently launched on the market: “Are you referring to my new perfume ‘Power by 50 Cent?’ It helps to boost your self-confidence. It’s important to look good and even more important to smell good. What good are the best clothes if you smell bad?” Is 50 Cent serious? Couldn’t he come up with some better way to self-promote his own product? And just for the record: smelling good is dependant upon the culture doing the sniffing.
It seems that Ozzy Osbourne’s daughter, whom he still seems to have on quite a short leash, has been surprised by her fiancée, Luke Worrall, with a new engagement ring for her birthday. Here’s what Kelly Osbourne said about the fabulous gift: He’s been saving up. It’s a heart-shaped diamond on a white gold band and it’s absolutely beautiful.” Luke Worrall’s career must be going a bit off-track if he has to save up for an engagement ring. Maybe that’s why Ozzy Osbourne is reluctant to let the two kids get married right away, and save Kelly Osbourne of anymore of these complications. Here’s a tip for Luke: next time, buy the diamond from 50 Cent, he was having them on sale last time he spoke of the matter. He’ll most likely make a good impression on Ozzy Osbourne too.
If 50 Cent wants to see his son Marquise, he’s going to have to stay away from his baby mama Shaniqua Tompkins. Tompkins got a temporary restraining order against the rapper which will require him to forfeit any guns and firearms and pickup and drop off his son at curbside. He’s also not allowed to be on any premises where his ex is but no distance has been specified. Tompkins is also said to be arguing for a permanent restraining order. 50’s lawyer issued a statement regarding the matter saying “Outside of courtrooms and lawyer’s offices, Mr. Jackson hasn’t seen nor spoken with Ms. Tompkins in a year and a half and he has no interest in doing so now. The petition is little more than a tactic and a vindictive response to the petition Mr. Jackson filed seeking an order holding Ms. Tompkins in contempt of court for refusing to permit him to be with his son.â€
A judged has told 50 Cent that he can’t sell, unload or get rid of what used to be his $2 million house in Long Island – at least not until they figure out exactly what caused the fire. The rapper was also ordered to put any insurance money he may get from the house burning down in a trust account until his fight with his ex Shaniqua Tompkins gets resolved. I hope they just figure out that it burned down due to a blown fuse or something so 50 can sell the house. That way, Shaniqua can stop squatting and squawking that the house is hers. 50 should just find a nice home for his son and put the ex in a foam-padded room.
50 Cent’s lawyer, Brett Kimmel has released a statement regarding Shaniqua Tompkins’, the rapper’s ex, accusations that 50 was responsible for setting the house on fire in an effort to kill her. 50’s lawyer said “Any suggestion that Mr. Jackson had anything whatsoever to do with the fire at his home is outrageous and offensive.†If you ask me, someone has definite anger issues. And why is it that it was only Shaniqua who heard someone supposedly breaking into the home early Friday morning? For all we know, it was her that set the house on fire. It’s too convenient.
50 Cent’s baby momma Shaniqua Tompkins has filed another lawsuit against the rapper. Has she not learned? The rapper’s ex is accusing him of “breach of contract and unjust enrichment†as he allegedly broke a promise to give Tompkins and their son Marquise a home. Shaniqua is already receiving child support, although not as much as she would have liked as she lost that lawsuit against 50. You would think that she’d have it in her right mind to find her and her son a nice enough home. Even if she did get the house, where is she going to get money to maintain the place? I’m sure it’s a mansion that’s not going to be easy to clean.
Looks like Hillary made a mistake in choosing her campaign song. She could have chosen 50 Cent to sing, her, rap it.
50 Cent has gone on the record that he is pushing for Hillary Clinton to be president.
50 reveals to Rap-Up magazine in its September/October issue, “I’d like to see Hillary Clinton be president and … this is a way for us to have Bill Clinton be president again, and he did a great job during his term.â€Â
And it wouldn’t be a classic 50 interview if he didn’t bring the conversation to himself. 50 points out the difference between him and George Bush saying, “I actually go to war, when I go to war. Bush just sends [people] to war.â€Â
