The singer apparently got herself into a bit of trouble in one of her performances as she was sued for four million dollars by a certain Lucie Kim who argued that Miley Cyrus apparently discriminated against minorities through the gestures she had in a concert. Well, well, it looks like people really are suing for everything these days… recession must be a real problem. Miley Cyrus didn’t have to worry much, though… the case was quickly dropped by the judge since he didn’t see any state laws being broken. Wow, now that’s a lawsuit that got figured out in a hurry… Miley Cyrus must have somebody watching out for her from above.
