Rosie O’Donnell recalls pass from Angelina Jolie: report
Rosie O’Donnell, whose troubled marriage recently made headlines, claims Angeline Jolie once tried to chat her up, according to the UK Sun.
The 47-year-old television star, who is in a lesbian civil union with Kelli Carpenter, said she and Jolie flirted for hours on the phone after Jolie had broken up with ex-husband Jonny Lee Miller.
The reportedly bisexual Jolie was looking for love on the LA party circuit at the time, according to the Sun.
O’Donnell claimed Jolie’s sexuality scared her off. She said: “Angie did call me and we talked. She suddenly said, ‘I wanna come see you.’ There was a tentative plan to have dinner that never came through. I was a little afraid of her. She’s scary in a sexual kind of way.”
O’Donnell now regrets passing up the opportunity and says she has dreams about Jolie, who is now partnered with Brad Pitt.
Jolie has claimed she had a 10-year relationship with model Jenny Shimizu.
