Pamela Anderson’s assets could soon start shrinking! The former Baywatch star is drowning in debt, according to these new legal documents.

The buxom beauty, 42, allegedly owes $1.1 million to various construction companies for remodelling work on her Malibu home as well as state taxes, L.A. County records show.

According to the documents, five different construction companies have filed liens against her home, the largest being $674,043 for “labor and materials … to remodel main house, construct swimming pool, construct foundations for guest house”.

In addition to liens from countless other construction companies, Pam also owes $252,360 to California’s Franchise Tax Board in unpaid income tax from 2007.

“A lot of people are owed a lot of money,” Jay Bruder, boss of Bruder Construction, said.

According to the documents, Bruder filed a $674,043 lien against Pam for the cost of ‘labor and materials and subcontractors to remodel main house, construct foundations for guest house.’

Reality star Spencer Pratt says he is more famous than the Kardashians.

The Hills star thinks he and his wife Heidi Montag, 23, are bigger than all three of the famous Kardashian siblings, Khloe, Kourtney and Kim.

The Hills is a reality TV show about the glamorous lives of a group of young people living in the Hollywood Hills and Keeping Up With the Kardashians follows the family life of the Kardashians.

The 26-year-old told American newspaper the New York Post: “Speidi is Barack and Michelle famous, not Kardashian famous!

“The fact that USA Today said we’re the third most famous couple in the world after Brangelina and The Obamas is amazing. I don’t care what people say about me. It’s cool.”

Spencer also bashes the former Hills star Lauren Conrad, saying she left the show because “Speidi was getting more famous than her.”

He added: “Her ego ruined her life and her career – I pray for her every day and we’d all love for her to come back to The Hills when she realises her move didn’t work.

“She tried to put MTV over a barrel by demanding more money than God.”

His current co-star on The Hills, Audrina Patridge, is set to leave the show after this series to start her own spin-off reality programme, but Spencer has something to say about this.

He said: “The day she can hold 22 minutes of content with her brain, is the day I’m walking on Mars with no oxygen tank barefoot.

“Unfortunately, Audrina will have to wake up from that dream soon!”

Model Kate Moss is helping singer Beth Ditto to launch her new clothing range.

Moss is going to help Beth, 28, to launch new fashion range at high street store Topshop.

A friend of the 35-year-olds told British newspaper the Daily Star: “Kate thinks it’s about time fashion accepted the curvy frame.”

The friend added: “She says Beth has a wicked sense of fashion and isn’t afraid to go wild with colours.”

Ditto has already released a colourful fashion range for the plus size high street store Evans.
