Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe has said actor Michael Gambon fell asleep while filming a scene in the new film.
Daniel, 19, plays the lead role in Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, which recently had its UK premiere in London.
The actor admitted he was trying to impress Michael, 68, when he spotted he had fallen asleep during a shoot.
Daniel said: “Dumbledore dies and I had to do a scene lamenting over his body. Michael Gambon is the most respected actor I have ever worked with, so I had to really pull out all the stops to convey the emotion.
“But after the fourth take I looked down and saw that Michael had dozed off. I had to prod him to wake him up. So much for impressing someone with your skills!”
