The socialite’s mildly satiric videos “Paris for President” are apparently quite the internet jewel as they have made it on the voting list for the Webby award at the best comedy: individual short category. Apparently these videos were made as a response to an advertisement about Paris Hilton in John McCain’s campaign. I wonder of this is all a hoax and maybe Paris Hilton is in for a bit of a surprise. I mean come on, can Paris Hilton actually create something worthy of an award? If she does, it either means that standards are dropping really, really low lately or that the end is approaching. But, then again, voting is open to everyone so I guess it’s no big surprise if Paris Hilton actually ends up winning.
