Court ordered drug test success for Jodie Sweetin
Former child star Jodie Sweetin found some success in her custody batter with estranged husband as the two fight over the rights to keep their baby daughter, a court had ordered her to undertake drug test which she has passed successfully.
Late last year Jodie had moved an application for separation from her husband and inside 3 months asked for the joint custody of their daughter but her husband Cody Herpin responded by filing for sole custody of the child.
Just because you have had a past filled with addiction does not covert into loss of child custody. A parent’s elder child may say their parent has never been visibly under the influence in their eyes, yet the absent parent may gain more visitation and more parenting rights…and even custody, because they are able to erase a drug charge from the books and have the money for a team of attorneys…or to keep serving & harassing someone and get paperwork in their favor eventually.
