Kelly Osbourne to Wed


Kelly Osbourne has been dating her 18-year old model boyfriend Luke Worrall since this past May and it now seems that the two are ready to take the next step. The Daily Mail is reporting that Kelly is now engaged. The daughter of rocker Ozzy Osbourne has been spotted sporting an engagement ring since September but she is yet to acknowledge it. Her boyfriend has blabbed about it though by changing his relationship status on Facebook to say that he’s engaged to Kelly Osbourne. Mom Sharon has given her approval to them dating back in July but there’s no word if she approves of the engagement.
