Please Warren Beatty! LET GO!
Apparently Warren Beatty has filed a lawsuit to keep the film and TV rights to the character Dick Tracy all to himself.
SELFISH!!! AND STUPID!!
Just in case you forgot (or if you weren’t old enough to remember)Just in case you forgot (or weren’t old enough to remember) Beatty played the cartoon strip character in a movie with Madonna back in 1990 and he has the license to the character since 1985 which he got from Tribune Co.
Last November 2006, Warren promised Tribune he would have projects revolving around Dick and if he doesn’t Tribune could cancel the deal.
Now, that the 2 year mark is almost over, Warren is in a last minute scramble to keep the deal.
Really now, Warren! LET GO! JUST LET GO!
