Motley Crue’s Tommy Lee has signed on to supply the voice to a cartoon character in ‘The Life and Times of Jimmy Jaxx’. Smart Entertainment, the company behind the project, is basing the story on the life of Tommy.

It is about an out-of-control rockstar on the road who, when he gets home, reverts back to the mild-mannered family man.

Tommy’s character is led by his tattoos. They come to life when he is away from home and lead him into constant trouble.

The show is currently in development by Smart Entertainment to screen on the Fox Network.
