As expected, rapper T.I. has plead guilty to federal weapons possession charges this past week. He plead guilty to possession on an unregistered firearm, possession of machine guns and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. The rapper, whose real name is Clifford Harris, has been sentenced to serve a year behind bars. He will start serving his time after completing at least 1,000 hours of community service talking to kids about the dangers of drugs, gangs and guns. See kids, it’s not okay to play with guns – especially if you happen to be going against several laws by having a gun in the first place.

Looks like Jess isn’t the only fashionable Simpson sister.  Ashlee Simpson has her own line with Wet Seal.

They have announced that she is designing a tshirt line with them.  Ashlee says, “I was inspired by so many fun, wonderful things as I was recording Bittersweet World and it’s been great to carry through those inspirations into these new tshirt designs.”

Richie Sambora is in a heap load of trouble. The Bon Jovi guitarist was arrested for dunk driving on Tuesday night but to make matters even worse, reports have surfaced saying that Richie’s 10-year old daughter with Heather Locklear, Ava, was in the car with him at the time of his DUI arrest. Us Weekly got a quote from Laguna Beach Sgt. Jason Kravetz saying “There were three females in the car, two of them were juveniles. The officer [that arrested Sambora] formed the opinion that Mr. Sambora had been operating his vehicle under the influence of alcohol.” Richie will appear in court on May 7th. I’m betting there’s going to be some issues about driving with kids while under the influence in there.

Hip hop mogul Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs has settled a lawsuit which was brought on by a man who said that the rapper punched him at a 2007 Oscar party. In the lawsuit, Gerard Rechnitzer says that he was punched without warning by Diddy as Rechnitzer and his girlfriend were leaving an event at Teddy’s at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel. It was also alleged that Diddy pushed Rechnitzer’s girlfriend and then tried to spit on another woman in the parking lot. Diddy’s lawyers filed a document in Los Angeles just last Friday which indicated that the case had been settled but the terms of the settlement were not disclosed.

Druggie Amy Winehouse has been spotted while out for a kebab with a face full of scabs. The singer’s spotty skin shocked onlookers as it emerged she is to return to rehab, this time abroad.

Crack addict Amy, 24, whose looks have been ravaged by drugs, also had cuts on her arm as she popped out near her London home. A source said: “Amy has admitted she needs to check into rehab again. There are too many temptations for her in the UK — people around her in London are making it impossible for her to stay clean for any length of time. Her management had considered flying her to a clinic in Israel but are now looking further afield. They are assessing a clinic in Cape Town in South Africa.”

Steve-O, star of Jackass, was hospitalized earlier this month for a 72 hour psychiatric hold. That hold was later extended. He is opening up now about the alcoholism that has a grip on his life.

In his MySpace blog, he talks about the alcoholism of his mother and how that has affected him. He said, “I know I was always powerless over alcoholism, because it had such a grip on Mom’s adulthood and my childhood, and I never chose to fight it.”

He even describes being given alcohol as a baby. He says, “before Mom and Dad would find themselves in the embarassing position of being caught by other passengers with a crying baby, I was fed alcohol.”

He says he has forgiven his mother and hopes he can forgive himself. He talks of his drug use and says it caused “a great deal of damage to my brain and now that they’ve all worn off, I’m facing the consequences.”

The shoes are soon to hit the stores and you’ll never guess who’s helping to push them around – Courtney Love. The widow once went bananas when Doc Martens tried to use her late husband’s image to sell their shoes but now The Daily Swarm reports that she has given full cooperation and approval to Converse to make the shoes. The Santa Barbara County sheriff’s deputies were called to the house last week after the ranch’s security detained the 60-year old Billie Jean who has long claimed to be Jacko’s wife. Maybe she got worried that she was about to lose her fantasy home as it happened before news came out that Neverland was safe. In any case, she was arrested and booked at the Santa Barbara County Jail.

Juvenile’s murdered 4-year old daughter Jelani was laid to rest this past Saturday along with her sister Micaiah and their mother, Gwinnett County Sheriff’s Deputy Joy Deleston in James Island, South Carolina. KFed doesn’t stray too far from his flop of a career though as he gives life to the character of MC Rove. The wannabe rapper put a hip hop spin on Republican strategist Karl Rove. It may be best to stick to careers in which he doesn’t have to write his own material. He’s better that way. The episode he did was actually pretty funny.

Spies inside American Idol said that the Idol party that went down after last week’s elimination was fueled with emotion and a little bitterness. It’s being said that castoff Asia’h Epperson was torn up and overwhelmed, staying only for a few minutes before leaving. Most were especially upset with Luke Menard leaving as he was probably the most liked of the bunch. Danny Noriega and Ramiele Malubay were pretty wrecked over the former’s elimination. It looks like someone found a BFF. It’s too bad that they had to part ways so soon. Spies also says that while all the contestants were there, there was no sign of the 3 judges or Ryan.
