Lawyers for the legally troubled rapper T.I. asked a federal judge to released him on $2.2 million bond and allow him to just have monitored home confinement while he awaits trial on weapons charges. One of his defense attorneys even suggested putting someone in T.I.’s home to serve as 24 hour surveillance so they can monitor his activities.

However, it just wasn’t meant to be as a judge has denied the rapper and immediate release on bond as reported by the Atlanta-Journal Constitution. T.I. will remain in jail on weapons charges for at least another week and as long as after his actual trial takes place and he is proven innocent or until he serves his time.

Tose Proeski, a Macedonian pop star, passed away on Tuesday after being involved in a fatal car crash in Croatia.

The singer’s fan base in the Balkans rivals that of Madonna which makes it very understandable why Macedonia is in mourning for the fallen star. He died almost instantly when his car collided with a truck near the town of Nova Gradiska.
