Paula Abdul was sure criticized for what was considered a bizarre behavior during “American Idol”. Many said that this is because of alcohol and substance abuse. The judge said once again that this is not true. This time Paula chose stronger words:

“I’m sick of it. I’ve never been drunk. I don’t do recreational drugs. It’s defamation of character. If I appear exhausted on television, it’s because I am! I have a lot of sleepless nights because I’m in so much pain. I try to say something and I stumble, and that’s what people have picked up on. I’m not polished.”

In case you did not know, Paula Abdul suffers from reflex sympathetic dystrophy (RSD). This is a very rare neurological disorder that usually causes a lot of chronic pain. It all started with a cheerleading accident when she was 17, continued with an accident caused by a drunk driver in 1987 and culminated with the plane crash in 1992. “American Idol” caused her to have many white nights and this can only amplify RSD symptoms.

Yes you read it right! Drew Barrymore is all set up to produce an adult movie. Her company, Flower Films, will film and release a special version of the very successful adult-novel series “The Au Pair”. Publishing rights have been bought by Warner Bros. and handed to Flower Films. There is still not much known about the move and although many individuals would love to see Drew starring in the movie, there are not many chances of this happening. We do not even know if the name will be “The Au Pair”. Barrymore’s name has only been brought up because of the connection with Flower Films. An official statement by Warner or Drew’s company should appear soon but until this happens all we can do is wait and fantasize about it!

Lindsay Lohan is back in rehab. The move followed the recent car crash that involved the actress and her arrest under suspicion of DUI (driving under the influence). Police found what is believed to be cocaine in the car but this has not been confirmed so far. We have to assume it was some kind of drug as getting into rehab for the second time in less than a year can only suggest this.

Nothing is really known about this incident and fans do wonder. Police said that she also faces charges because of leaving the scene of the accident but this can not really happen. After all she was taken to the hospital. A preliminary court date is scheduled for August 24.
These are sure hard times for Lindsay Lohan. Press keeps harassing her, it seems that she also has some family problems and to top it all of now she will face a trial. Let’s see what happens next.

American actor Brittany Murphy’s husband may just have to leave US shores after having out stayed his work visa in the country (didn’t he use VISA power haha!). The Just Married star stunned Hollywood and her fans when she married producer Simon Monjack earlier this month which would have broken why hearts wishing they could marry her. And now tabloid the National Enquirer has exposed the Brit as an illegal visitor. And to make matters even worse, the publication has dug up information suggesting Monjack has a civil judgment against him and a series of felony arrest warrants. This could mean that he could be kicked out of the country before he can say anything in his defense, as it is he has arrest warrants against and a expired work visa. Now only a miracle can save him from deportation.

Three journeys as Captain Jack Sparrow in the “Pirates of the Caribbean” may not be enough to quench the thirst of actor Johnny Depp.
Before the Tokyo premiere Wednesday of the series’ third installment, Depp said he would consider taking the oddball character out for one more spin.
“It’s been a great experience”, Depp said. “Trying to discover who Captain Jack was, getting slapped around by the Disney people — it was all fun.”
“Pirates of the Caribbean: At World’s End” was to premiere Wednesday and open in theaters across the United States and elsewhere on May 24.
Depp stars as the eclectic and mascara-fancying pirate Captain Jack Sparrow, who is rescued at the beginning of the movie from Davy Jones’ Locker, where he wound up last year at the end of “Dead Man’s Chest”, to begin a journey that takes the Black Pearl and its crew to, well, the end of the world.
It’s not an easy story to follow.
Will Turner (Orlando Bloom), Elizabeth Swann (Keira Knightley) and Captain Barbossa (Geoffrey Rush) must rescue Jack and round up the Nine Lords of the Brethren Court to stop the Machiavellian Lord Cutler Beckett (Tom Hollander), head of the East India Co., from ridding the world of pirates.
Will also wants to free his father, Bootstrap Bill (Stellan Skarsgard, still covered in barnacles), from the ghost ship the Flying Dutchman, which Beckett controls. At the same time, Davy Jones (Bill Nighy, still covered in tentacles) wants to get his heart back, which is trapped inside a chest, which Beckett’s goons control. And Will and Elizabeth must win each other’s hearts back after various romantic stops and starts.
Depp, who was nominated for an Oscar for his quirky portrayal of Captain Jack, said the pirates may rise again.
“There was always that potential that each of us would have to say goodbye to the character”, Depp said. “But if it is over, which one never knows, Captain Jack will always be with me.”

We all love sports and beach volley ball is today a great exhibition game for the stars to flaunt their body and be captured on camera. If its charity then no one’s complaining!

If you liked the movie (that’s a big if) you will love the new book from Borat Sagdiyev. Two books will be released this fall: “Borat: Touristic Guidings To Minor Nation of U.S. and A.” and “Borat: Touristic Guidings To Glorious Nation of Kazakhstan.”.

The books will be published by Plying Dolphin Press and Suzanne Herz (one of the publishers) said that:

The book is said to feature Borat’s wisdom and a lot of photographs and illustrations. I seriously doubt people will see this as more than just a comic book but we will have to wait and see. Maybe the book will be better!

When asked to comment about the latest season of the Simple Life in an interview done a month before her sentencing, Paris said that the “rigors” she “endured” with regards to camp living were annoying and that she missed her Blackberry service, privacy and a nice bed.

This is the name that has captured the hearts of every Indian living in India or else where in the world. Hopefully this is just a coincidence and not something that will effect their mutual admiration for each other.

In any case, I want to trade bodies with any of these kids. Not only are my parents the hottest people in the world but I get to travel the world with them. It’s an expensive family outing that you can’t help but lust for.

Another ugly chapter has been added to the life of Michael Jackson. The man who had recorded all of his adulthood hits including “Thriller,” “Bad,” “Dangerous” and “Off the Wall,”, Mr. Bruce Swedien has made allegations against Jackson. Bruce has stated that Jackson has withheld about $500,000 in royalties from the sales of the 2001 album “Invincible”. Bruce has repeatedly tried to get in touch with Jackson but to no avail. After the charges of child abuse where dropped against Michael, he has been living partly in Bahrain and Ireland. So this will make it more difficult for Mr. Bruce to get in touch with him. But contrary to such notions, in today’s world nothing and no one is far away. If at all Jackson would have liked to get in touch with Mr. Bruce then he could have talked through a video conferencing or met him some where. All said and done, we should also wait for Michael to give his side of the explanation. People who know Michael Jackson wouldn’t be surprised to know that he has been involved in yet another case.

Due to insufficient evidence, allegations of Lindsay stealing clothes from a woman’s home while she was away have been scrapped. The only proofs that the woman brought were pictures of Lindsay supposedly wearing the stolen goods. If only those pictures didn’t come out in a website a week earlier than the incident and if the description of the clothes she lost actually matched what Lindsay was wearing then maybe they could have a deal. But no.

I think that she’s just mad that her house sitter, who was the one that invited Lindsay over to the house, knew Lindsay and was able to talk. A wish for 15 seconds of fame… NOT GRANTED!

Anybody? Were is my favorite rock band Linkin Park? The last time I heard these guys making noise was when I was still in high school. That was 5 year ago! Well, for one thing during those high school days Linkin Park music was always ringing on our heads. They were the group who cracked the ice on the rap-rock trend. Every kid in our block was just screaming like freaks(including me) everytime they hear Chester Benington busting his lungs out on the radio. Yeah! And I sing along their music like a regular sunday karaoke.

It’s been quite some time since I last heard Linkin Park. But, I heard one of their songs recently on internet radio. It was instant, the first time I heard I knew it was Linkin Park. They have that very distinct rhythm in their songs.

I recently heard that they had a concert titled ‘Minutes to Midnight’. I bet its one hell of a concert because its Linkin Park. I hope these guys revive themselves be on the lead to a new and improved Linkin Park. Rock on!

Anna Nicole Smith’s private diary has been made public - revealing her most private thoughts on sex, men, motherhood and her mother.
Excerpts from the late Playboy Playmate’s journal have been released detailing Anna Nicole’s personal thoughts on her life from 1991 to 1992.
The star, who died of an accidental drug overdose aged 39 in February, had written - ‘Don’t Read!! Personal!’ - on the cover.
Much of Anna Nicole’s diary focuses on her turbulent love life. She writes about a boyfriend, identified only by first name, who drinks and goes out too much.
Describing a row with her lover, Anna Nicole writes - in an entry littered with spelling and grammatical mistakes - that her boyfriend “came unglued. threw me out of his house and broke up with me, it was awful, he hit me and my mother”.
The diary also sheds light on the blonde’s low self-esteem and careless attitude to her health and wellbeing.
On one occasion she draws a sad, crying face and writes, “I’m a very sad person”.
Another entry reads: “my mom hates me so much. She is so jealous of me. … I love my mom but I cant handle it anymore.”
Anna Nicole also bared her soul after discovering she was pregnant, saying, “I’m so scared! How can this happen to me”, adding that her partner “will hate me. he don’t want kid. Can’t do it!”
However, one source of joy in the sad tome was Anna Nicole’s breast enlargement operation. Of the procedure she wrote: “I’m so excited I could scream. Ahhhhh I just feel so happy.”
Another diary, written from 1992 to 1994, was sold to a German businessman who bid more than $500,000 in a recent auction. The candid notes contain details about Anna’s relationship with elderly oil tycoon J. Howard Marshall II, whom she was married to for a year before he died in 1995.

According to the LA Sheriff’s Department, Paris Hilton would need to serve a minimum of 23 days in the slammer for violating her probation. She would actually do the full time of 45 days and would only serve the minimum time due to a state policy regarding good inmate behavior.

After all the things that she’s done in the free world, do you really think that she has anything worse to do in there? Considering there’s no booze or hot spots in the slammer, I highly doubt it.

Oh yeah, she went on to say that she thinks no one is above the law and she’s willing to do the time and that she only hopes she would not be treated differently (or treated worse) because of who she is. Oh please! Of course they’d treat her differently. Otherwise, she’d probably find some reason to sue them for mistreatment because her pillows weren’t fluffy enough.
